Love this TV stand. It looks great and it is solid. It was pretty easy to put together. My new TV is 70". It is barely big enough, but works great. I do not believe anything bigger would fit.

I was using an old dresser under a big TV and it wasn't working well to hold all the gaming consoles, remotes, and controllers. This had meet the need really well and looks great. Had a little trouble with assembly because I didn't read the instructions but figured it out. As others have said, remote doesn't come with batteries.
