Needed a replacement TV stand that would be tall enough to be out of the reach of my 2 year old, and not too wide. This was a second purchase to replace one that I had purched that just would not work. got this unit, the look is very nice, the color contrast of the wood and metal are very nice for a less formal room, there is enough room for my pretty little things and photos in the shelving parts, it is pretty sturdy, as I have moved it serval times to move. Assembly was pretty easy. Nice value for the money especially if you want a nice peace that looks more expensive. Highly recommend of course it is not real wood but seems to be pretty resilient to water and scratches. ... show more

This is now the focal point of my living room. Plenty of room for our 51" smart tv. The wire mesh, see through doors are beautiful with two shelves on each for storage of books and other items. Assembly was pretty straight forward but took a little over an hour. Seems very sturdy and as I said can hold that 51" tv without a problem. I was redoing our living room and wanted something better for our 50-inch TV than the very low rolling storage table that had housed it for the last several years. Plus, we’d gotten a new island table and chairs that would have all but prevented anyone sitting on our low sofa, located across the room, from being able to see the TV on the old table. We looked around a bit for something ready-made but couldn’t find anything we liked better than THIS TV table, with its sophisticated, industrial style, perfect height, sturdiness, storage capacity and, per this model, colors that coordinated well with our other furniture. Now we’d hesitated to get it at first because of those 2 words: assembly required. We are past the age, patience level and, er, comprehension level of assembling our own furniture … so we paid a guy to do it. And we are glad we went to the trouble.
