This piece was exactly what I was looking for. The price was good, quality seems decent. No parts were damaged. Instructions are fairly easy to follow. Only had to back track once and took maybe 2 hours between me and my 13 yr old son to assemble it entirely. Love the simplistic design and it’s not too simple. After reading the reviews I decided to get this piece and I can tell you from other previous reviews, the top does not slide around. There is a difference in the strength of each magnet for some reason yet they do stay shut. They could make it a bit more clear that when there are multiple side/holes whitch one gets which hardware but again it really wasn’t that hard. There is ample storage space for Knick knacks all in all I would recommend this item. ... show more

Liked it's design and color. Easy to assemble. Only downside was the top shelf can't hold much weight, even a tv's weight, without supports. Wobbles on the 3 vertical pieces, solved with double sided tape on each piece, in the space between the top shelf. This is an excellent TV stand with ample shelf space. I purchased this for my mom's 55-inch tv in her living room and I put it together for her. The instructions were easy to follow and the various pieces were marked well. I was able to build it in a little less than 2 hours.

The pieces were easy to assemble and it functions well. Holes were pre-drilled and parts were of good quality. Product uses cams, pegs, and screws and it did take a while to put together. Would have preferred it an inch deeper for LP record storage, but overall pleased.
