I purchased this mini dresser after donating a heavy, solid wood bedroom suite of furniture to make my bedroom feel more spacious. The price caused me hesitation, as I thought it might look too cheaply made. I am so glad I decided to try it! Ble to assemble in a short amount of time with no frustration. Top is a wood based material and drawer fronts are matching wood look fabric. Yes...fabric! Very light, yet sturdy, and even comes with the attachment part for the wall if you have small children to keep it from falling on them. Metal frame is light, but plenty sturdy. Drawers are very deep - can easily hold at least 4 bulky sweaters per drawer. I would think it would be the perfect purchase for student apartments, anyone living in a small apartment or home, guestroom, or even to add drawer space in a closet. Don't let the price hold you back from seeing what a terrific, useful little dresser this is!

Much better quality than excepted for such a low price. Dresser is small, best suited for one person. Very light weight. Assembly is fairly quick and easy. If you have ever purchased similar types of furniture on Amazon, this should be extremely simple for you. Does take a hot minute to get things together, approx 40 minutes. The screwdriver part of the Alan wrench is terrible, use your own Phillips head screwdriver for attaching the handles to the dresser. The piece is actually pretty sturdy for the design. Once everything is set up and tightened, it doesn't wobble or anything. Better quality than excepted for sure. Same with the drawers, much more stable and thick than excepted. All in all a good piece of furniture for the price. As long as your expectations are realistic you'll be happy with this purchase!

Absolutely a great find. Heavier than I imagined. Wanted something nice but since it’s for a walk in closet Indid not want to pay hundreds for a dresser. Although faux wood on top and on drawer fronts…it dies not look cheep and the material drawers are huge and quite sturdy. Put it together in one hour…half of that was taking the pieces and hardware out of the box!

It's a great little dresser. I have it next to our front door and keep lightweight items in it. It looks really nice! The fabric lined drawers are fine for this. It was easy to put together. I'm a 67 yr old woman and had no problem. I'm actually getting pretty good at assembling these sorts of furniture pieces. I've also put together a matching 7 drawer file cabinet, 2 matching end tables and a TV stand. Oh and a large microwave storage unit. Don't let "assembly required" scare you off. You can do it!

If you have asthma or other breathing issues, this review may be helpful to you. This product was easy enough to put together, but my goodness the chemical smell of this unit is overwhelming. it smells like a very strong glue of some sort. I’m not entirely sure what it is but it caused me to use my rescue inhaler more than once already. I took the entire unit and put it on my back porch for 12 hours - with the screen door open in the cold to let some air circulate around it. I just brought it back inside and it still reeks of a chemical smell. it will have to go back on the porch for another night. I don’t know how long it will take to dissipate, so I will have to come back to this review and update it at another point. I have two more dressers to unbox and put together but I’m not sure if I’m going to do that until I know for certain that the smell is going to fade away at some point. I may end up returning them. EDIT: HOW are people putting TVs on top of something so cheap and flimsy?! The directions literally say, “NEVER put a TV on this product.”
