The dresser we purchased (dark walnut) is quite nice, especially for the price. I’m actually considering adding to it. The box it came in was damaged in transit, resulting in a good nick in the wood and some cosmetic scratches. I contacted the seller and they responded immediately, offering some reimbursement. I found it fair and appropriate. For this reason, I absolutely recommend this company…… and the dresser being very nice was a plus too! Save yourself and/or your marriage and pay for it to be assembled. Yes, the assembly fee is more than the actual dresser. I know what you are thinking, it makes no sense. Trust me. Just eat the cost of that fee, it’s worth it. Plus, the National Assembly company they use were great. Easy to schedule with and accommodating. The gentlemen that put it together were professional and competent.

This dresser is so beautiful 😍 . Although it took 5 hours to complete it was worth it. It is very sturdy and heavy. I wasn't expecting much but this dresser took the cake. It arrived early, the assembly was easy. I would recommend that you have another person ro help you assemble, because it is heavy. So happy with my purchase, I will purchase the other dresser to match this one.

I bought two of these. One was the white with 6 drawers, the second was the black 9 drawer piece. The white one went together so nicely and felt sturdy and stable. One of the pieces was not cut correctly but the seller was quick with responses and overnighted me a new piece that fit perfect. Very quick turnaround and great communication from the seller. The second, nine drawer set seems a little less sturdy. For example, the white 6 drawer set had a support piece anchored in the middle of the drawer so if things got heavy, it would be supported. The nine drawer set does not have this. I also noticed that the hardware for the 9 drawer set was not very strong. I had to use a lot of force to get the screws in and many of them got stripped from me trying to turn them at the part where the screwdriver connects to the screw head. My hands definitely hurt! But overall the product looks nice put together. It does take a lot of time to put together but the instructions are very clear.

I was looking for a dresser that holds a lot of clothing and that would look great. This one is amazing and holds more than everything else I looked at. I will say that this dresser takes HOURS to build, especially if it’s just one person. You need at least 2-3 people to speed up the process but to also put in the draws once you build the main part. The manual doesn’t have words but easy to follow and using a power drill makes this 2x faster.

I am leaving my original review intact, but PLEASE see my update at the end of the review. The seller really stands behind this product! Oh. My. God. DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER. I am so pissed off right now. It took my very experienced son and husband a very long time to put this hunk of junk together. It is very complicated to assemble, and it is very easy to strip the holes for the screws which makes them immovable if you make a mistake you need to fix. It is insane. Then, after FINALLY getting it together, yes it looks lovely. That is the only reason I gave it two stars. But the drawers WILL NOT STAY IN PLACE! God forbid you open one too far, the thing CRASHES TO THE GROUND and dumps all your stuff. Getting it back in is NO PICNIC. For 150+ bucks, I really expected better. No, it's not top of the line, but it's not a plastic bin I ordered from Walmart either. The thing should be easier to assemble, AND THE DRAWERS SHOULD NOT FALL OUT REPEATEDLY JUST BECAUSE YOU OPEN THEM and try to get to something in the back of the drawer. This purchase was a huge mistake. Now, I'm stuck with it. How do you return an assembled dresser? By the time you see that it is a pile of garbage -- it's too late. I can't believe I"m stuck with it. Save yourself the PAIN and disappointment. DO NOT BUY this dresser. UPDATE: Okay, so I had to update this review. The seller is good. I wrote to them and explained my issues. I was clearly unhappy. They did ask me to send photos and a video if possible. That was a bit of work, but I did it. I understood that they could not really just take my word for it. So I took the time to make a video and take pictures of how misaligned the drawers were. That was all it took. They did not give me a hard time at all, they just refunded my money for me! So I have to say that the seller stands behind its product - and that makes them great in my book! If you're going to sell on Amazon, you know that some of the products will disappoint. It might have just been a defective item, and it might be the only one! I see that others have had much better experiences with this dresser. So in retrospect, I think that I just got a dud, and it is likely the manufacturer's fault - not the seller. And I'm very happy that the seller stood behind their product. Great company! You are in good hands if you buy this.

It took me a couple hours to put it together because it was me by myself i ordered the 9 drawers and it is really big i had no idea i thought it was gonna be a joke and i would have to fill up all the drawers but it seems i dont have enough clothes to fill the big drawers or even the smaller drawers b cause they are big. Worth the BUY, LOOKS GOOD, NO PARTS WERE MISSING, NO SMELL, IT WAS LABELED CORRECTLY, COLOR WAS NOT OFF

Good quality and smooth drawers when opening and closing. Nice detail on the crystal looking knobs. Spacious and tall enough for children or adults. It did come with a lot of parts and took over two hours to put together, but final result was worth it. Would purchase again.

Super cute for my nursery. 4/5 stars because it does scuff easily. Assembly was easy but there were a lot of steps and parts. But holds quite a bit as well. I did add different handles to elevate it a bit.
