I ordered the bundle deal with this 16 drawer tall dresser as well as the 5 drawer dresser. I was impressed that the boxes were not that heavy. Into the start of setting up the 16 drawer tall and all the metal framing was completed . I didn’t see part #10 ( center leg for balance.) I immediately stoped and contacted Amazon for the sellers info and contact. Note that in the instructions manual gives the customer service email for the company. In hopes that the company would send me only that missing part rather then return it or replace it. Note that I didn’t open the drawer slides box all the way just enough to see that the lefts and rights sliders were there. Their customer service responded rather quickly which impressed me. They were willing to send me the part and it was going to be a wait either way. When the customer service rep said open all boxes and explained where the part could be and asked me to check again. They were exactly 👍 right! The center leg -part #10 was wrapped into the drawer sliders box 😊 I completed the set up and everything works great !! I love how it was easy to set up and the instructions are spot on! Letting you know important tips on how certain holes in the metal frame need to line up for completion. I was so excited and impressed with it and surprised at the amount of clothing each drawer will hold, that I couldn’t wait to open the 5 drawer and set it up! Both pieces were exactly what I needed and fit my needs. If you hate heavy bulky furniture, move a lot , this is just for you ! This design and idea is far better than those bulky put together wooden particle board put together cubes. Not to mention the concept of the cloth drawers are more sturdy than the cube boxes that wear out over time. Also know that you need no tools ! Everything you need is packed in the box. I’m not going to say I would buy this again… I AM GOING TO BUY 2 MORE ! LADIES…. You need no man to do this yourself ! Value for the money! Great Idea WLIVE ❤️

I Love it ! Its easy to assemble. You can drill it to a wall so it doesnt fall on your kids ,if you have any. Its sturdy, and you can fit alot in these drawers!

Was easy to assemble if you read the directions and has SO much space! I had one that was similar to this, but was 12 drawers—6 equal sizes side by side. We found that they weren’t really wide enough to fit two columns of clothing. This one has no issues with that whatsoever! I also appreciate the smaller drawers for things like socks, underwear, bras, etc to keep them from getting all mixed in with each other. It looks great and the handles on the cubbies are super sturdy. I am so excited about this purchase!

Took less than 10 minutes to assemble the frame. And let me just say that this is a very solid build. The most tedious part was putting the handles on the drawers, but even that took less than 10 minutes. The bottom drawers are rather sizeable and can hold a lot. The medium drawers are also rather sizeable and can hold a lot. Definitely recommend this product.
