For the most part, this is a nice scale. The body fat percentage can fluctuate wildly depending on I’m not sure to be honest. I trust that it’s in a ballpark but that’s about all. I’ve noticed that as the weather has gotten colder my percentage has slowly increased, even though visually I’m the same or leaner. Same goes with muscle percentage. Can jump 0.5 percent from day to day and since the weather changed this value keeps trending downward even though my performance has increased and muscle measurements have gone up. It’s also impossible to “lose” 0.5% muscle in a day or even to “gain” 0.5% fat for that matter. I strictly weigh all my food and track it so I know the scale is approximating the percentages. I also weigh myself the same time each morning so I’m pretty certain it’s the cold floor, cold scale, cold feet, that’s effecting the bio impedance sensors. Will be interesting to see how this goes over time and with another weather change. ... show more

The ABSOLUTE BEST scale we have ever owned! It truly is accurate because the numbers match the mechanical scale that my Doctor uses when I’m weighed during appointments. [Occasionally it might be .5 lbs off but typically it’s right on the nose, which is surprising] For the Mobile App WI-FI feature I rated 3/5 stars simply because my husband was able to set it up on his phone and it works fantastically for him, but for whatever reason *scratches head* we have been unsuccessful in pairing this scale to my phone [for reference purposes we have the same phone- we both have an iPhone 12 Pro Max]. We are both technologically literate, him more so than me, so I imagine the issue is probably something very simple that we are just somehow 🤷🏻♀️ overlooking. At any rate, we both love this bathroom scale. We love all the features - the sturdiness of it, the battery life is great, the bright display, and it still looks AMAZING and brand new after owning it for over 3 years [purchased in 2019]. OH! And a cute, neat surprise we learned on my husbands birthday when he did his morning weigh in: It gave him the message “HAPPY BIRTHDAY”! HOW FUN IS THAT??! ... show more

I have been keeping my eye on this scale to go on sale. It is a very good scale even worth its original price. It is extremely accurate, you can weigh yourself a few times in a row and get the same answer nearly every time. Setting it up was a breeze. I love that it has wifi and Bluetooth. The readout screen gives you a lot of information. All of which you can adjust on the app on what data you want to see and what order. ... show more

Product is made in a small facility in France. Shipped from within the US. Arrives in packaging resembling the affect of an Apple product...that unboxing presentation to give you the feels. The instructions do not give much detail. I had to repeat the instructions several times until the product finally synched with the App. I'm not sure what the issue was. Accuracy seems to be within ~2lbs; however, even with the included "carpet feet" the accuracy on worn, low pile, barely padded, carpet degraded by about 6-10lbs. This replaced my FitBit Aria scale that quit working in so many ways. This scale presents you a nice bit of data without being ridiculous, but the added-value is within the App. If you are more interested in your health than just weight measurement, you'll probably like the App. ... show more

I got this because I needed a boost of motivation and my old scale was not working well. I really like the added features. Didn't think having the forecast would be useful, but it is. The scale pairs with my app no problems. Having the additional metrics is useful. I can see if I have truly gained or lost weight, or if it is just water.     • Great smart scale for anyone trying to track their health

My teammate at work recommended this scale and I was a bit dubious, but it came highly recommended in multiple review sites and forums. So I figured I'd try it. The scale just works... and it works well once you tie it into the smart app. There are a few great features I'll try to run through: 1. Simplicity of the Withings app is great. It just works with all their devices and while the initial setup was a little cumbersome (took about 15-30 mins for me), once its ready and working... it just works. You step on the scale, everything flows back to your app, and you can then provided data to yourself/doctor/etc... Its a fantastic experience for simplicity. 2. Scale facing is a glassy experience for your feet, and generally feels very good. The facing unfortunately does catch dust/water marks/etc very easily so expect to clean it with some frequency to keep it nice and shiny. 3. Weight experience is good overall, but ensure you have a flat surface for measurements. I have had a few problems with uneven surfaces that caused some surprises/changes in the measurements. I can't speak to the accuracy of the water/fat %'s, but the weight overall has been solid since I figured out the underlying issues in my floor. 4. The multiple profiles thing takes a while to figure out... its not the simplest thing in the world and this is an area I would recommend Withings work on with their software. Generally it does work once you have the profiles setup and a weight pattern attributed. You can fix the measurements if they end up on the wrong profile, but it is clunky and would benefit from a simpler approach. Overall this product has been a great experience for me as I've had some recent weight increases from 2020 (like so many of us) and I have some health issues (BP increases, general tiredness, joint pain, etc) that this is designed to keep me more honest about. I've incorporated it into my morning routine when I hit the shower, and its been great not to have to monitor anything as everything just flows back into the application on my phone. Would highly recommend this and the other withings products have seen how they all integrate well. I'll post an update for their BP monitor as well, as these 2 products have been amazing to use once setup. ... show more
