I've seen these before but finally decided to pull the trigger. Super easy to set-up; you just have to remember to add power from the TV USB to make it work. The controllers paired without any effort and it was ready to play. So many games from when I was a kid, I am looking forward to playing so many of them. There is a card slot to add more, but it'll take months to play what's included before I can look for more. Great purchase and a great value for the hours of use we'll get from playing it.

Unbearable input delay! When playing the FC game "Super Mario Bros.", it felt like Mario was filled with lead. The most obvious example is the jump from the top of the flagpole. Even though you calculate the right moment to press the jump, the landing is always just one square. Don't even think about passing the level perfectly. Not to mention dodging chestnuts or jumping on mobile platforms. The keys and movements are out of sync, and the error rate soaps sharply. The flight and spin jump in SFC's "Super Mario World" were also completely ruined by the delay. The core of these platform-jumping masterpieces lies in the smooth and fluid feel and precise timing control. The delay of this machine makes all operations feel like they are veiled by a layer of gauze, and no matter how high the sentiment is, it cannot withstand this kind of torture. Nostalgia? I'm filled with the old frustration of not being able to operate smoothly!
