This mouse is perfect for my daughter. We had been using our laptop without a mouse for remote learning, but it was difficult for her to navigate. We purchased a new Chromebook for her and didn't want her facing the same issues she had with the old laptop, so we ordered this. The size of this mouse works great with her little hands. The color is perfect, and it seems high quality. Getting it to link with her Chromebook was a breeze. There is a little USB underneath the mouse, you simply remove that and plug it into the Chromebook's USB port, and it's ready to go! I was ready to pay twice as much for something else, and I'm really happy that we went with this mouse!

Gosh, when I first used it, I panicked a little. With my previous mouse, I did not have a proper mouse pad and tended to use the back of a binder or even a yearbook. With this one, it seems to work best on softer surfaces like actual mouse pads, desk pads, and even the sheets of my bed. Guess I don't have to use the binder anymore on my bed! So far, I don't know much about its battery life, but I'm satisfied.

I bought this for my daughter to use with her chromebook for her virtual learning. It is so worth it. It's easy to use. I was a little worried because it does not have a on/off button, but it's fine without it. When the mouse falls asleep just click and it comes right back on. This helps save the battery life. I did order two more for my other virtual learners. The fun colors are a bonus! I would recommend this mouse!

I'm always a bit skeptical about low cost peripherals like this, but this mouse is excellent. Smooth cursor, great fit in my hand, good ergonomics in the design, and a no frills plug it in and it works. Some folks are interested in knowing how long the battery will last. Too early to tell for me yet, BUT I will say that I have observed that the mouse has a two stage power saving standby mode as follows: 1) After a few minutes of the mouse sitting stationary, it will enter a low power watch mode through the laser emitter (which begins to do a low level blinking, which is probably how it checks for movement and then coming back online instantly. A simple movement of the mouse at this phase and it instantly responds again. 2) If it is allowed to sit longer (have not timed it, but it looks like something around 10 minutes sitting idle), it will actually power down, with the laser emitter turning off. At that point.. moving the mouse will not wake it up... you have to push one of the two mouse buttons and then it wakes up and off you go. Based on the above observed self-standby behavior, I estimate that the single AA battery will probably last in excess of 6 months with active use.

I got this mouse for my Lenovo IdeaPad laptop. It works so smoothly and matches my keyboard cover perfectly. The little mouse adaptor fob stores inside the mouse for easy storage and travel and when its plugged into the computer, it hardly sticks out to decreasing chances of knocking it out. It's easy to clean with wiping off with a wipe.
