This solved all of my problems with laptop keyboard and than some. Laptop keyboard was marked with all lower case letters on smaller keys with no backlight. NOW I can see what I am doing and making less mistakes. I had a little problem with keyboard and mouse.. Chalk that up to being 76 years old and always having problems with new things. Thank God for a techical minded daughter and grandaughter.

Overall, I like the keyboard. I’ve only had it for several days so if anything changes in a month like certain people have said, I’ll update this. Keys are pretty quiet and I like the color availability and is very simple to modify the colors, including brightness. The rest rest is comfortable and has not caused any fatigue in my hands.The mouse jiggler worked great, Once I figured out you have to leave the mouse and keyboard alone in order to jiggle. The reason I gave it a four star is that although it has a phone slot, it’s basically built for a phone without a case on it. I use a defender case so it’s way too big for the slot. But at least I could prop the phone against a back up so it’s not a total loss. The other thing I don’t like about it is I’m used to my keyboard being more elevated in the back, and the two retractable legs barely raise it to a decent angle so it’s practically flat, but that may not bother others. I do like that the mouse has an option to have the light on or off. Also like that there’s a USB A to USB C adapter that I will probably use for something else. I’ve had no problems with connectivity. I think the price is fair.

The mouse fits in my hand perfectly and functions well with silent clicks. The keyboard while beautiful I don't expect it to last too long. I feel as thought I'm gonna break the center of it resting my hands on it. The keys are very "clicky". Rather noisy. Overall everything works very well and came ready to plug and play straight out of the box without charging. It only comes with one charging cord. So, you can only charge one item at a time. I gave this 5 stars because of the value for what I paid. Color is beautiful and they both function as I expected for this price point.

Out of the box it was a really nice combo set. The customization of the colored lights on the keyboard and mouse were exactly what I purchased it for, but it didn’t last long. After about a year the keys began to fade and well-used keys were eventually worn clear of their markings. At about a year and a half the set failed completely. Would not recommend purchasing with many other, more durable and longer lasting options available.

Update customer service was extremely fast and understanding tried to help troubleshoot and fix the issue and eventually just sent a replacement within a week . Very easy to work with and made it right the new one has no problems and works great. Old review..several keys that stick and are just dead at times which can get quite annoying also the mouse scroll wheel grinds when using. Not as quiet as claiming to be either especially with the sticking key issues. Being that I Work at night makes it quite loud. Overall the backlit keyboard function is good and the larger print is easier to see.

I wanted to give myself a bit of time after purchase to really try this product and provide a good, detailed review. Quality: I believe the quality is good considering the price. i have seen several reviews where the keys are popping out of place, but this is not my case. I have not had this issue. Granted I don’t type a whole lot. Aesthetic: it looks great. I love that the keys are backlit, so you can see them even in the dar. I like how relatively quiet the keys are as well compared to other keyboards. Mouse: I like the fact that it’s very quiet click and responsive. I did notice that they claim the mouse as a jitter option, I could not get mine to do this. This is not the reason I bought the product, so i was not upset about this. I like that the keyboard has a pace to hold Tablet, phones. I have an iPad 13 inch and it fits well, if you don’t have a cover on, same for the phone. It does work well though. No issues on how it works with apple products. Overall this was a good buy for me. i like the color and how sturdy it looks and that it is versatile since you can charge both products with the same type C cable and it only has one USB for both products. The arm rest on the keyboard is very helpful as well. I have not contacted the company, but it did come with a paper stating to contact the maker with any issues, not to return to Amazon. If i do have any issues i will be updating my review
