This keyboard is everything a wireless keyboard should be. I am not disappointed. It's got all the features I wanted. I will cherish this. Only thing I'd change about it is the material it's made of: It doesn't feel very durable so I'm gonna use caution in handling it. But you should use caution with these things anyway.     • Some Flaws, But Great For Casual Use
I took this down a star because (1) some of my keys are a bit stiff on the keyboard, which causes obvious disruptions in typing; (2) some keys make light metallic sounds when pressed (so, looser than regular keys, it feels like) and it makes it sound like the key is going to pop off or lose the suspension in the internal piece (basically losing click-ability); and (3) the big open section of the bottom of the mouse (where the USB can be stored when not in use) scrapes along my mousepad? and the area is now fraying on the mousepad. All in all, these are my only complaints thus far. The keyboard is a softer touch, so definitely not as loud. The mouse click is also really quiet, which is what I was looking for to begin with. The backlight on the keyboard and mouse are nice. They go to sleep within a reasonable time and wake up with a click. I haven't charged them yet and they've both been in consistent use since they arrived (about 3 days at this point). They connected very easily and setup was nothing. For reference, I've connected the keyboard and mouse via adapter to my MacBook Pro. I don't often purchase items with so few ratings, but I am genuinely okay with this product. It does what I need it to; however, the price doesn't sit right with me due to the aforementioned issues. ... show more

    • UPDATE - No Longevity
I purchased this mouse and keyboard set in 12/2021 - yesterday - after minimal use - the keyboard completely stopped working despite charging for 12+ hours. I’m so disappointed. 12/19/2023 - I was charging with the wrong cable! All is well!

    • No Mouse Friction Loses Charge Instantly
The keyboard is alright so far. But the underside of the mouse is totally smooth. There's no friction so it's hard to control the cursor, and if you set the mouse on a slope it won't stay in place, even as you're actively using it. It'll slide right to the bottom of your keyboard, or off if there's nothing to stop it. I guess I could stick some kind of little coaster things to the bottom of it to fix the issue, but I shouldn't have to. That's just a really basic design flaw that should've gotten fixed well before they shipped the final product. Weirdly, the keyboard doesn't have this issue. It's got little rubber nubs that keep it in place, even on a slanted keyboard. The mouse's scroll wheel does feel satisfying to use. The charge is also pathetic. I thought I read somewhere that it would last a week or longer if you remembered to turn it off when not in use, but the keyboard runs out of juice within a couple hours of being unplugged, after having plenty of time to charge. Seems like false advertising to call this thing "wireless" if you pretty much have to have it plugged in all the time. ... show more

    • Lags. Even when fully charged.
I loved this product at first. Then it quickly lost it's appeal for me. I'll run down a quick list of pros and cons... PROS: Wireless, obviously. The backlight goes off after not in use for a bit to preserve battery life. Work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and only have to charge it once a week. Mouse is lightweight and easy to move. It is also silent when clicking. Easy to install CONS: Wireless (lol) Even when fully charged both the keyboard lags pretty bad and the mouse sticks OFTEN. You cannot see the backlight unless you're right in front of the keyboard or it's dark in the room. If you're in a brightly lit area, the light on the keyboard is pointless. Some of the numbers on the number pad had to be pressed multiple times in order for them to work. Supposedly, it stays charged for a while but, what's the point of that if it only works sometimes. When back to my bright, wired keyboard and I'm happy again. ... show more

Gifted this keyboard to my mom and she loves it! She loves the lights, colors, and fluidity of the keys. The mouse also lights up with the same colors as the keyboard making this pair even better.
