Overall, I’m happy with the keyboard. There’s a solid feel and the keys feel comfortable and overall responsive. However, they’re tends to be an intermittent lag between the time a key is pressed and the character appearing on the screen. This doesn’t happen all that much but it does lead to typos every once in a while. My biggest disappointment is the cutting and pasting process when moving from screen to screen. For example, I often track my packages, I cut the tracking number emailed to me then open a browser screen and paste that tracking number onto a new application, often a browser, but not always. What often happens after hitting the control V command on the keyboard is the character V appears on the paste destination instead of the item that was previously cut. So the action must be repeated in order to paste what was previously sent to the windows clipboard. This is the second keyboard I had purchased from this manufacturer. My second keyboard, however, tends to have keys that stick every once in a while. This appears to be an anomaly in manufacturing that can affect any manufacturer though. For the price I paid, this minor inconvenience is not a big deal— just a nagging annoyance that the product team should be able to resolve in future product updates.

I really wanted to like the keyboard. It would be a keeper with its metal\aluminum base, size, comfort, and ergonomics but sadly, the keys started sticking. No complaints about the mouse though, it works as it should and is comfortable to hold.

A lot of the reviews stated the keyboard was just right but the mouse was garbage. I've been using this product for more than a few months now and I've finally had it with the mouse. If I scroll down the page, the page will scroll down slightly then suddenly scroll up further than I was before. If I try to counter act it, I end up at another totally different place. Clicks will randomly not register. It takes far too much effort to perform basic mouse functions. But the keyboard is quiet and comfortable and is a good deal. Just plan to buy a separate mouse.

This keyboard works very well and i like the silent keys. The only one problem that i figured is the number 5 on the keypad needs to be pressed hard. I tried cleaning it but the problem persists. Any help to get this resolved would be great.

Small form factor, but has good weight to it. It doesnt feel fragile. Single dongle for both devices. Key spacing is compact and feels good to type on. Great if you're looking for a simple keyboard with a minimalist look. Mouse is just a mouse. Big hands won't like it.

I got this set mainly for the keyboard but as it came with the wireless mouse, I started using that. Very quickly, I experienced the mouse would just stop working. I would have to switch the power button off and on. And, I’d have to do this maybe three times an hour. I went back to another mouse. Keyboard works well tho.

Requires two different types of batteries, AAA for the keyboard, AA for the mouse (might be reverse). So a little annoying. The keyboard is adequate, but the mouse is really funky and shaped weird for a human's hand. Going to keep it because I'm being lazy.

I wanted a very solid well built keyboard. I have a small computer stand (table) in my bedroom. Sometimes I need to remove the keyboard to write on my table, so I need a wireless keyboard. I wanted sometime sturdy enough that I wouldn't worry every time I picked it up if it was going to break. Obviously it needs to be wireless so the cord doesn't get in the way. This keyboard fit the bill! I like that it has some heft to it! It's a solid metal product. I won't have to worry about it breaking on me. Another thing I like about it is that is very quite when I type. It's well put together. One thing is, that it's not bluetooth. I actually prefer the standard kind without bluetooth. It's nice because it has one dongle that takes care of the mouse and the keyboard at the same time. Just one last thing...it's a nice looking keyboard. It doesn't look cheap. I just bought a brand new computer and monitor so I wanted to complete the setup with a nice looking keyboard/mouse setup. I'm very happy with it!
