Update: The seller sent a replacement immediately after posting my initial review. The replacement doesn't have the issues I had with the first one and it's working great. The keyboard is great, I bought this to replace my old keyboard with are rest and this one does the job. Lights are cool. I faced a few issues with the mouse. When I start using the mouse after returning to my desk, the mouse won't respond if I just move it around, I gave to use the scroll wheel to bring it back to life. I also had issues with the auto move feature that's supposed to keep the screen from locking, I wanted to turn that off, followed the instructions but it did not stop immediately, have to power off and turn on the mouse to work. I find these issues annoying and waste of time while working. ... show more

UPDATE: I wanted to update this review after a recent contact from this company. I still stand by my original review as far as the charging capability of this keyboard is concerned, but if you don't mind keeping the keyboard plugged in, it would work for you. I did like the look, feel and function of the keyboard, I just needed it to be wireless for extended periods of time. Customer service for this company is EXCELLENT. Ann, from this company, saw my review and offered my another keyboard (which I had already replaced) or a full refund for the item. You certainly don't see that very often anymore and it was much appreciated. Certainly, not everyone purchasing this keyboard/mouse combo had this problem, so please don't hesitate to try this combo, because I believe my experience was more of a flook and wouldn't hesitate to rely on this company to make it right. Thank you again for all your help! (I updated this original review from 1 star to 4 after company contact). I needed a new keyboard and I have poor vision so was looking for some help when I use the computer. This enlarged, backlit keyboard and mouse seemed to fit the bill. Set up was easy, everything felt and worked well, followed the limited instructions to a tee. The keyboard won't stay charged for more than a 12-16 hour use and that is with turning the keyboard to the "off" position when I am going to be away for any length of time. I have NEVER seen the "green flashing light" that is supposed to occur when it is running low...it has just stopped working in the middle of using it and had to be plugged in to continue. THEN, the red light is supposed to be on when it is charging, which it is, but in my case, the red light never goes out. So not only do I not know WHEN it is fully charged, the light continues to be lit a full day+, after plugging it in. Mouse works great and I have YET to need to recharge it. Go figure. ... show more

It’s huge when a customer has an issue with a product and a seller never steps up to make contact to make good on an order. As soon as it was known that my keyboard and mouse stopped working, they immediately turned things around, making sure I had a new keyboard and mouse in just a short matter of time. Although I had purchased another product, I was so impressed by their follow through and determination to make sure I gave their product another chance, how could I not be appreciative. And just like that, I’m back to using my first choice keyboard & mouse. At the end of the day we, as customers have to also realize there might be defects to a product and hopefully there will be a resolution to the seller actually taking the time to listen and turn things around, coming to a happy medium. (( Happy In Like Again With My KEYBOARD AND MOUSE )) “Thank you!” I once really liked everything about the keyboard and mouse combo... UNTIL, they both just completely stopped working during a work presentation. I'm completely BUMMED and wish this had happened during the time I could have returned for a replacement. Update: Customer service reached out to me after I did this rating and apologized about the faulty keyboard. They then issued a full refund. I’m impressed with the customer service. The mouse is great, I haven’t had any problems with it at all and love the wiggle feature. I’ve only had to charge it maybe twice since I got it in December. The keyboard on the other hand is garbage. It has to be charged all the time, even when it was switched off it died. I dunno if I got a faulty keyboard or what. ... show more

The keyboard and mouse were received quickly. It was very easy to install and setup. It took me less than 15 minutes. Everything was clearly marked. I like the ergonomic keyboard's layout and features and the mouse with the thumb holder makes the mouse much more comfortable. The cool backlighting and colors are great too. All and all, this is a great keyboard and mouse, especially for the price. I've paid a lot more and received much less for past keyboards from big named vendors. If you need a new keyboard and mouse you won't go wrong with this combo. ... show more

I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new set due to poor battery life in the keyboard. The mouse is excellent. The second set is much much better but the keyboard is still lacking in battery life. Overall is a 5 - 4 for battery life though. Still love the set.
