First off, it's very esay to get this thing installed. All the items are independently operated through Agshome app that you put on your phone. I could see using it in a place that wasn't my home because it's just not that complicated to install or use. Good for the garage or for the shed.

I got this for my shed and it was very easy to program and install. The siren is decently loud and hopefully enough to scare off any would be thieves! Comes with keychain fob and additional fobs are inexpensive as well as other door/window sensors. I wanted a basic smart alarm and am pleased with the flexibility of this one in configuring sensor modes and triggering actions in the app. This one was easy to setup: place motion and door / window sensors, plug in alarm horn, connect with app. Batteries were already loaded. App connected easily. Shows system status, bottoms to arm, panic alarm, momentary alarm, log of events. Notifications of alarm appear within a second. For the price these are great. I am using 5 of these right now to keep my 8 year old out of stuff. They are loud and annoying. My hearing is not the best but I can still hear them 3 rooms away. They are very sensitive.
