Plug And Play...Very Easy To Use...Plus Good Quality And Comfort

The way we handle sound in our household is similar to how sound is handled when traveling on a jet aircraft. Every television or music source is accessed with headphones for personal viewing or listening. We love how this preserves peace for members of the household who are not watching the televisions or listening to music or other audio. That is why I ordered this TV wireless headphone system. It is now paired with the television provided in a guest room of the house. It is perfect for this application because it is so easy and simple to use. All the guest needs to do once the TV is on and controlled with its remote is to long press the power button on the headphones to either turn them on or off. The headphones have an indicator to confirm either operation. Although the headphones have two more buttons marked (+) and (-) to raise and lower the volume, they don’t need to be used. The TV remote works to raise and lower the volume of the stereo audio in the headphones, contributing to how easy these headphones are to use. I found that connecting these headphones to work with, in this case a TCL Roku TV, requires just plugging the dongle into the TV’s USB port and using the 3.5 mm patch cable with one end plugged into the dongle and the other into the TV’s headphone jack. The headphone system was then working perfectly. There is no setup or programming needed. Other patch cables are provided so one has options, depending on the TV being used. An illustrated instruction manual explains exactly and step by step how to connect this headphone system to several popular brands of televisions (Sony, Samsung, and LG). It appears that connection will always be successful for virtually any modern television. The quality of the headphones is good, and they are comfortable to wear for long periods. The playtime of 20 hours before recharging is needed is more than ample. The headphones are charged through a built-in USB-C connector, so common phone chargers and cables can be used. For private listening with good sound and comfort, plus very easy installation and operation without wires, this TV headphone system is hard to beat. I am very pleased with it.

Perfect For My Husband's Game Time, While There Is A House Of Kids Running Around

I got these wireless headphones for my husband because he likes to watch the game, but unfortunately he lives in a house with children. Apparently those two things are not naturally compatible. Between the kids running around, talking, asking questions, laughing, playing, and generally providing their own live commentary, my husband was missing enough of the game that I decided it was time to give him a fighting chance. These headphones have been a great solution. He can watch the game while the rest of the household continues doing what we normally do, and he can actually hear what is happening on the TV without needing everyone in the house to suddenly become silent. Pros: • Wireless design means no annoying cable running across the room • USB transmitter makes connecting them to the TV convenient • Over ear design helps create a more focused listening experience • Great for watching sports, movies, and TV shows • Lets my husband hear the game without turning the TV volume up to “the entire neighborhood is watching” • Perfect for households where peace and quiet is considered a rare luxury • He can enjoy the game while the kids continue being kids • My husband is much happier because he can actually hear the announcers Cons: • My husband can no longer claim he missed the play because the kids were being loud • I can now talk to him during the game and receive absolutely no response • The children have discovered that Dad cannot hear them when the headphones are on • Apparently these headphones have created a small private sports bar inside our living room Overall Recommendation: These headphones have worked great for what we needed them for. My husband can watch the game and actually hear it while the rest of the household continues with the normal chaos that comes with having kids around. The wireless design and USB transmitter make them convenient, and the over ear style is great for focused TV listening. Five stars from us. My husband can finally watch the game in peace, the kids can continue running around, and everyone gets to keep their sanity. Honestly, that may be the real championship victory.

Excellent sounding headphones

I picked up the wireless headphones for TV'S & PC'S with the brand name of (Skyaudio) and I gotta say these are great, I haven't hooked them up to a TV to test yet but they are mainly for the laptop & home PC use and honestly the headphones past the test. These paired up so fast, I wasn't even done looking at the features on it and it was already paired up and running, super fast with absolutely no lag whatsoever, just perfect, I've had these for a few days and been using them since straight out of the box, I haven't even fully charged it yet. The audio is fantastic, the company states "Superior sound quality clear & rich audio with deep bass & crisp high's" and they didn't exaggerate these really do sound great, with high volume and clean sound. These also offer a built-in microphone for hands free phone calls & voice assistance access, the ear pieces have comfort fit padding with adjustable head band and I can attest they are comfortable sitting upright or laying in bed. The headphones have a 500 mAh battery with a 2 hrs charging time that uses a common C-port plug, on the page it says "20+ hours" on the battery life but on the box in the back it says "working time above 15 hours" so I will assume its somewhere in between depending on how high the volume is maybe, also states 30 hrs in standby. This Skyaudio headphones set comes with simple how to instructions printed right on the box with 4 different install options with all the cables to do so, it can be used on multiple devices tv's / laptops / smartphones and more all with a good value for the money price tag, the look / feel and sound on these headphones won't disappoint. I would definitely recommend.

Good sound, comfortable fit, and works with my Samsung TVs

Skyaudio Wireless Headphones for TV with USB Transmitter These headphones work with my Samsung TVs, and I appreciate that they come with multiple connection options and instructions explaining how to connect them. The instructions also cover the TV settings for listening through just the headphones or through both the headphones and TV speakers. I like that they work without Bluetooth. For me, these are especially useful for watching TV at night without disturbing my spouse or children. I also like having an option for someone who has trouble hearing the TV to listen at a comfortable volume without making everyone else in the household endure loud speakers. The sound quality is good, and the fit is excellent for my small ears. One thing worth pointing out is that there is no voice microphone, despite what the listing says. Overall, I’m happy with these for comfortable, private TV listening.

Good for TV, But Bluetooth Was a Problem

I tested these out on both the living room TV and the bedroom TV. I used the optical connection for both, as neither of the TVs' USB ports support sound. I then tested them with Bluetooth on my computer and phone, but couldn't get either one to connect, which was disappointing. However, using the USB receiver connected to the computer worked pretty good. I tested them with gaming, and since the USB receiver is acting as the Bluetooth connection, there was very little lag in the sound while gaming. While connected to the computer, I also listened to music, which actually sounds pretty good through these headphones. They have good-sounding bass and stereo sound. The one thing I could not test was the built-in mic that it advertises having. There is no reference to the mic in the user manual at all, and the mic didn't show up as an input in the Windows 11 sound settings. Maybe it's my system, but I doubt it since I have several Bluetooth and dongle audio devices that work just fine. There also seems to be a slight looseness to the fit. Although they are adjustable, they tend to rest on my ears more than my head. Overall, I'm satisfied with these for use with the TV. However, if there is a mic and these were intended to connect to other Bluetooth devices as advertised, they fell short in those areas. The advertised compatibility says they work with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other standard audio devices, but I wasn't able to connect them to either my computer or phone through Bluetooth. So I'm going with a 3-star rating.

Works very well and can be pretty loud

I'm neurodivergent and like to have background noise, so I usually have the TV on when working on something. My spouse, who has some hearing loss, will sometimes play loud music or podcasts, which can be very distracting. I often connect my noise-cancelling headphones to the TV through my phone or use a Bluetooth transmitter, but if I want to use my phone, it can sometimes interrupt the signal, and to use the transmitter, I have to plug an AUX cable into the back of the TV. I thought these headphones could be very convenient because I could keep the receiver plugged in and just turn on the headphones when I need them. This product comes with headphones, a USB receiver, a USB-C charging cable, an AUX cable, and AUX to RCA adapter, and an optical plug cable. The receiver plugs into the TV's USB slot and must also be connected by either AUX, RCA, or optical. I have an ONN Roku TV, and the optical cable seemed to work the best. It was easy to connect the receiver, and the headphones connect to it automatically once they are turned on. The audio sounded good in the headphones, though it still played on the TV, which kind of defeated the purpose. But if I muted the TV, it would continue to play in the headphones. The headphones don't have any kind of noise-cancelling function, but they can get very loud and drown out other things. They are also pretty comfortable to wear. At the time of this review, this product was $49.99. This seems to be on the lower end of similar products, and while it doesn't have any kind of extra features, it does perform very well.
