UPDATE Oct 27th, 2022 I'm changing my review back to 5 stars for Earfun's terrific customer service. They reached out and made sure I was a satisfied customer and got me into a set of their Air S earpods. They fit great and sound almost as good as the Air Pro 2. I will definitely be an EarFun customer down the road. Thanks! UPDATE May 21, 2022 Welp, the honeymoon didn't last long... The sound on these is still phenomenal, no doubt about that. But I've run into some issues that I'm afraid are deal breakers for me. First, I cannot get these things to stay put in my ears to save my life. If I'm doing literally anything besides sitting completely still, it isn't long before these earbuds start coming loose and I'm having to adjust them CONSTANTLY. I tried using them while raking my yard and it was a pain to say the least. A little bit of sweat and movement and you would think these things were coated in Crisco before I put them in my ears. I've tried every set of tips that came with them and even tried using them with tips from other buds I own that go much deeper into my ear, but no luck whatsoever. Couldn't even get them to stay put while I was mowing on my John Deere rider. At this point, it's pretty obvious that the tips aren't the problem. It's the shape and size of the buds themselves. The rounded part on the earbuds is just too big and seemingly in a weird position that they can't fit deep enough into my ear without the stem being pressed firmly against the side of my face.. So every little facial movement affects them and quickly starts pushing them out of my ears. Second, as quite a few other reviews have mentioned, these have a tendency to randomly pause whatever you're listening to. I believe it's related to the issue above and caused by poor placement of the sensor that detects whether the earbuds are in your ear or not. Although I really like the auto pause feature for whenever you remove one of the earbuds, it is SUPER annoying when it won't work properly, especially when you're working on something and your hands are filthy, so all you can do is push your ear against your shoulder and hope it'll start playing again. This happened to me at least a dozen times in only a couple of hours the other day and unfortunately became the biggest deal breaker for me. Third, the noise cancellation on phone calls isn't what I hoped it would be with these. Every phone call I took while using these outdoors picked up a lot of background noise around me. Not quite to the point that the person on the other end couldn't hear me, but enough that they would ask me why it was so loud. This alone isn't an automatic deal breaker for me, but it definitely is when combined with the other issues I mentioned above. So unfortunately I am going to be sending these back and looking elsewhere for a set of buds that work for me. It really is too bad because the sound on these really is that good. If you're someone who seemingly never has a problem getting earbuds to fit properly and phone call quality isn't a big deal for you, then I still recommend these to you for their sound quality, features and good battery life. But if you're like me and have issues with earbuds fitting properly sometimes and need good noise cancellation on phone calls, I would look elsewhere. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've only had these for a day... So, there's a long way to go on judging their durability and longevity. But my initial impression... WOW! Right off the bat when unboxing these, the packaging is very professional and high quality and didn't give any impression of being the kind of cheap junk you come across on Amazon from time to time. A+ on that. Once I got everything unboxed, I plugged the case into a charger as recommended and started looking through the manual. Within just a few mins they were already fully charged, so they come almost fully charged out of the box. I definitely appreciate that. Nobody wants to sit and wait for an hour or two to play with their new toy.. Now it was time to try these puppies out. Got them paired without any trouble in about 30 seconds. I quickly figured out that the medium sized tips were the right size for me, but interestingly enough, I've found the best fit is the medium red tip for my right ear and the medium yellow for my left ear. I guess I have different sized ear holes... So I opened up YouTube and cued up a good early 2000s rock song with some good base, the song Cold by the band Crossfade (highly recommend for you first song on these). BOOM!! The sound that came out of these was better than anything I've ever put in my ears, which I will admit has been nothing special... A couple of cheap sets of Sony, Philips and JBL corded earbuds, some Apple Airpod knock-offs called i9S-TWS, and some corded AKG buds that came with my Galaxy S10 which actually have some pretty good sound compared to the others I mentioned.. But these blew them all out of the water! The bass knocks on these but sounds so clean at the same time. My corded JBL buds have a lot of bass but now sound so muffled to me after hearing what came out of these Earfun buds. The treble and midrange sounded exactly like I want them to sound as well. Just perfect all around. I don't know what all of the $200+ earbuds out there sound like, but I can't imagine the quality being much better, if at all. Certainly not enough to justify paying 3-4 times more for them. Next I decided to try out the noise canceling and ambient sound settings. I have zero experience with noise canceling headphones/earbuds, but it sounded great to me. I wasn't in a loud place or anything, just in my living room with the TV on, but these blocked it out completely and didn't affect the quality of the music at all. Pretty cool feature. I also like the ambient noise feature, as I work as an inspector on road paving projects and being able to hear the contractors and even more importantly, traffic coming up behind me is a big deal... So I'll definitely be putting that to good use. All of the other tap features like play/pause and volume up/down worked perfectly as well. I also like the automatic pause feature when you remove one of the buds from your ear. As far as the call quality, I have not made or received a phone call with these yet, but that will be a big one for me, particularly how well they block out the background noise on my end when I'm on a job site, so the person I'm talking to can hear me without it sounding like I'm standing next to a fighter jet. So I'll update that later, if I remember. So as I said, the jury is still out on the long term quality of these. Hopefully all goes well for at least a couple years and I'll be happy. If not, I'll let everybody know on here and also how well Earfun's customer service deals with product issues. I'd rather not have to find out, but from what I've seen in other reviews, it looks like they're fairly dedicated to taking care of their customers. So all in all, based on initial quality, I highly recommend these earbuds. They sound incredible and have some really cool features. I just hope the price tag doesn't wind up being an indicator of their long term quality. We shall see! ... show more

In my previous review (see below) I gave these one star; only one earbud worked correctly and I had not heard back from the vender when I contacted them prior to returning them for a refund. A few weeks after the refund was issued I then found a message from them in my email inbox. In response to my claim in the original review they said that they had reponded to my first msg, but I couldnt find any sign of it and, besides, how come that one didnt reach me but this one did?? Regardless. They apologized, asked me to try them again, and so I have and this is my followup review. Long story short The work really well, hold a charge not for an amazing time but not bad either; and they recharge fairly quickly when returned to there case. I often will listen to them when I get to work in the morning until about lunch time, put them back in their case and listen to them the rest of the day until about 5pm. One thing I was glad to see wasn't an issue with these is that when I put them in the case they disconnect each time and commence charging. I say that because a differnt brand of Bluetooth ANC earbuds I purchased doesnt do that reliably. The difference between how they rest in their respective cases is the key. These lay flat in the case where the other brand sits stem down into the case; I have to give that case a good slap down against my palm to make sure that they are seated not only to recharge but to disconnect from my device as well; I have had to dig them out of my pocket or from another room because I'm trying to listen to something on my phone but they havent disconnected. - This has not been an issue with these Earfun 2's. The Earfun's don't sit in my ears as snugly as I would like, I even had to swap out the ear cushions to a smaller size, which is unusual for me, and they fit a little better, but I find I have to readjust them often to make sure that they dont fall out. That leads me to the one thing that is my least favorite feature and that is the touch controls. My other earbuds have actual clicky buttons which I really like; I'm not a fan of the Earfun touch controls because I often inadvertantly change something while trying to readjust them. The most important feature to me here though is the noise canceling (ANC) and there they do very well. I am the groundskeeper for a large property and spend a great part of my day using noisy machinery; large diesel mowers in the summer and a diesel tractor for snowblowing in winter; add to that leaf blowers, and weed wackers and good ANC is very important. In the cooler months of the year I wear over the ear ANC headphones that work great but in the warmer months they're too hot and sticky. A decent pair of ANC earbuds is a must; and not too expensive because there is a good chance of loosing one of them. The Earfun 2 fits the bill very nicely. The ANC works very good to tone the roar down to a rumble and makes for a much more comfortable day. Add to that they are not too expensive and you have a winning combination. I downloaded the app; had a couple of hicups but rebooting the phone straightened them out. The app adds some features that arent strictly neccessary, like a equalizer, but are nice. I did need the app though to reliably turn the ANC on and off; I just wasnt happy with the touch controls. I'm knocking one star off for the fit and the touchy controls but I would certainly recommend them. Kudos as well to the vender for reaching out to me to assure that I was happy. They contacted me frequently after they sent the replacement earbuds to make sure I wasn't having problems and responded quickly when I asked questions. I told them that I would rewrite my review based on the quality of the replacements but at no time did they try to entice me to give them a positive review. Previous review: Defective, no support from vendor I never got a chance to enjoy them. Straight from the box the Right ear bud had no sound; the touch controls on that earbud worked fine though. I tried re-pairing them with my devices but to no avail. I contacted the venor right away for a replacement but a week or so later I have not heard back from them so instead I'm sending them back to Amazon for a refund. ... show more
