I'll start by noting that they appeared to have ear wax on them out of the case... so they got returned for that. I clorox'd them down to try them out first, though, and for $20, I am mightily impressed. Comparing these against buds ranging from $60-$100, they had several features the units 4x their cost did not. -Wireless charging case -Case displays case battery percentage and individual bud health in bars -Lid crisply/firmly snaps shut/opens up They don't advertise to have noise cancelation, so I don't know why Amazon is asking for a review specifically about that. That's one lacking feature that made me not want these. Mind you, they do HELP to block out unwanted noise, but it's not the same thing at all as ANC ear buds. Although they have rubber inserts, they just feel like hard plastic buds (like apple), and they hurt after a short while. The microphone pole that sticks down also makes them uncomfortable, and also makes it impossible to wear ear muffs over top of them. Sound quality is good enough when they're seated, but they don't seat correctly in my ear and stay there while I'm running. Lastly, keep an eye on price. Amazon has been doing a horrendous job lately of fluctuating prices on things extremely frequently. I check my past purchases almost every other day to make sure something hasn't dropped. These dropped $7 since I bought them a week ago, while another pair dropped $20! ... show more

For now 5stars because it works, should have better battery than my old ones, and I paid 25 dollars. Arrived on time and in good shape. The headphones work out of the box, as described in the instructions. The materials for this product (zingbird X15) feel cheap but look nice. I probably have to be very careful not to drop them. My only immediate criticism is that the LED display stays on constantly while the headphones are charging in the case, needlessly draining battery. It claims to have 40h battery life on the box, only time will tell. The packaging includes a link for a lifetime warranty, where they ask for your email and Amazon order number and immediately link to a on their website. Probably an Amazon for the clout but it's fine as long as they deliver. Along with the warranty they claim to ship a free , either a cleaning brush or neck band for the headphones. Again I'm optimistic but not holding my breath for this item. If I don't update then the warranty gift isn't real and they're trying to bait reviews. they want me to copy paste to Amazon lol sure ... show more

    • My Workaround for loose fitting ear buds

Early review posting because I thought this might help some people with similar issues... Received these a couple of days ago, impressed with the sound quality so far. My only issue was, like so many other reviewers, the ear buds felt like they would fall out, even after changing the size of the cushion portion. I compared the plastic stem (under the cushion) with an old pair from another brand that fit my ears perfectly. The X15 stem is thicker and more of an oval shape than the other brand. Also, the X15 cushions are shorter that my others were, so less cushion in the ear. My solution was to pull off the great fitting, longer cushions from my old brand that no longer work, and put them on my X15. Now the buds fit my ears perfectly...needed that extra length of cushion. Also, even though the noise cancellation on the X15 was pretty good; this cushion swap, and better fit, noticeably improved the noise cancellation ... show more

I bought these weeks ago... I charged the case to 100% the day I opened them and haven't charged it since. The charging case is still at 50% and I have been using them fairly frequently (mostly for phone calls and a little bit for music). The sound quality is not bad at all. Phone calls are crystal clear on both ends. I typically purchase higher end earbuds... and these are better than the Galaxy Buds Pro that I decided to return (the fit on the Galaxy Buds was absolutely awful). If you need some earbuds that won't break the bank... Do not hesitate to hit that purchase button on these. ... show more

I knew these have good sound quality because when I listen to my music, I’m hearing lyrics that I’ve never picked up on. So, they don’t fit in my ears as good as I’d like.. but good enough. They stay in during my workout which is what’s important to me. The phone calls come in good. I’ve not caught onto the tapping too good but good enough. I hit it more often than I like, but that’s really my carelessness. Compared to my skullcandy that I wore out, I like the sound quality better, just not the fit. ... show more

Very nice pair of inexpensive earbuds. Simple, trouble free connection to my phone. These little guys have a pretty well balanced sound that gets better with higher volumes IMO, with minimal distortion. The charging case is quite small and very portable, I could see larger fingers maybe fumbling with these a little bit. Though on the small side they fit nicely and have yet to have them work themselves loose in the last couple days. All in all these are pretty great for sub $30 earbuds. ... show more

Yes, I said it. To me, and what I need, these are WAY better than the Airpod Pro set that these replaced. My Airpods are two years old, and the right ear makes an annoying hissing sound when placed in my ear. Also, my girlfriend could barely hear me when we would talk. That was very annoying. But these are very clear, cancel noise very well, and my girlfriend can hear me clearly. Playing music through them...the tonal frequencies are clear with a good overall sound. Personally, I like nice, tight bass. These offer that. The charging case shows the amount of charge, which is a great feature. No more guessing how much charge is on them without using the phone.
