I returned a pair of JBL Tune 230NC earbuds after reading their privacy policy. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the A10 Pro. The bass is much better due to the large 13mm driver. It's easier to distinguish the separate instruments in the music without having a harsh sound. I would have returned the JBLs anyway because the base was lacking and the mid-tones were harsh. The A-10s Are about a third of the retail price and produce a much better sound in my opinion. There's no problem connecting to Bluetooth on either an Android phone or windows 10. If you want to use these on an airplane then you should opt for active noise canceling. The environmental noise canceling (ENC) Isn't very effective but it's a lot less expensive. ... show more
