Review of the Aoslen A60 Pro Wireless Earbuds with BT 5.3 and 4 HD ENC This review consists of two parts, 1) an unbox and setup review, and 2) and a usage review of the earbuds’ performance. Unbox review: The Aoslen A60 Pro wireless earbuds come in a small hard cardboard case, not much larger than the earbud charging case that is inside. Everything is neatly packaged and well protected from bumps and scratches. Within the package case are: * Charging case with earbuds * USB-A to USB-C charging cable * Plastic bag containing small and large size ear foam (the earbuds in the charger have the medium size preinstalled) * User Manual Setup: Setup is straightforward. When you open/close the charging case top you will notice the front LED display show the percentage of charge the charging case itself currently has, as well as the charging state of each of the earbuds. It is recommended that you charge the charging case with the earbuds inside for at least two hours the first time before you use them. After I completed the two hour charging cycle the first thing I did was test the fit of the earbuds. Generally, I find earbuds to be fairly uncomfortable with the medium size foam and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they not only fit, but felt extremely comfortable Taking the earbuds out of the charger, they immediately connected to each other before I could even get them in my ear. Setting my phone to scan for BT devices, the A60Pro showed up right away and I was able to pair them with no issue. I also later paired them to my work computer to see how they would perform during online conference meetings. Make sure when you do want to set them up for a second/third device, that you switch off BT on already paired devices that are close by, put the earbuds back in the charging case (so they switch off and also disconnect), and after about a minute or so you take them back out and pair with your next device. The earbuds will automatically go into pairing mode if they do not detect a paired device available after a couple of seconds. Testing the earbuds: The A60Pro earbuds come with what is called ENC (environmental noise cancellation). You can find a lot of information online about ENC and how this compares to ANC (active noise cancellation). In short, ANC helps you to better listen to music/conversation when you wear headphones/earbuds, while ENC helps the person you are talking to, to better hear you, cancelling out any “environmental” noise. While I have not had the chance to try the earbuds in an extremely noise environment, or on a plane to determine how my hearing would be, when I wore the earbuds, with the right size foam inserts, a lot of the outside noise was “cancelled” out. The speaker quality itself pleasantly surprised me. Music and conversations were extremely clear. I also found that the bass setting was much to my liking. At the same time, I did ask during phone and conference calls how I came across, and everyone said that I sounded just fine, and they could clearly hear me. As far as wear and feature comfort, I found everything I needed in these earbuds. I wore them for an entire day in the office and after a while didn’t even notice them (ok, I was listening to music outside of conference calls, but they were not painful or heavy after several hours of wear). I did have to take one of them out when having an in-office conversation since the foam inserts truly helped to block out noise. It did take me a moment to learn the provided touch controls (one tab, two tab, etc.), but once I got the hang of it, they performed like a charm. Playtime length - I do want to add a bit of clarity to this, as I find that with any wireless earbuds/headphones this can be confusing. The charging case together with the earbuds when fully charged provide a total of 42 hours of playtime. This comes down to ~6-7 hours of continues playtime for the earbuds, and ~36 hours of additional charge left within the charging case. The 42 hours playtime is NOT continuous playtime. After 6-7 hours you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and recharge them. The LED display on the box will show you when the earbuds are fully charged for another 6-7 hours of listening pleasure. That said, I did not run out of “juice” while using the earbuds all day in the office, but, I also put them in the charging case during lunchtime. So maybe the best usage scenario is to have them in the charging box when not in use for an extended period of time. Review Summary: I am extremely pleased with the price/value performance of the A60Pro wireless earbuds. Over the years I have had and tried so many earbuds across the price ranges. I cannot truly say that I ever had a pair of earbuds that I 100% loved. Either there was an issue with fit (they hurt after a bit of wear, they would fall out during activity, etc.) or sound (they would disconnect frequently, sound was muffled, etc.). While I have only had these A60Pro for a short time period, they have definitely gotten to be my go-to earbuds. I keep the charging case in the car connected to my USB port and take it with me whenever I get to the office or anyplace else I might want to listen to music or have a hands-free phone conversation. I am not an all day wearer of earbuds as some people are, but, I can definitely see myself wearing these often during the day. I can truly state that these are the best sounding earbuds I have owned so far and for a price that cannot be beat for everyday use. ... show more

These earbuds work exactly like they should, plus some. I was a bit skeptical with the price point, but no these things really could cost more and I would pay it. They sound nice, a good mix of bass and treble. They charge quickly, but last a whole 8 hour shift at work no problem. Haven't really "worked out" in them, but I do move around a bit at the job and they never feel like they are going to fall out. Good value for the money. ... show more

Took a chance on these very reasonably priced earbuds. They work well and the case is very nicely designed with a charge level display that lets you know the charge level of both the left and right ear buds and also the case itself when you are charging it. The sound is about what I would expect for these in that there isn’t a lot of base frequency response. These are in the ear devices and the size of the actual speaker/driver is quite small. You can listen to music with these but again no in the ear buds will be like over the ear headphones. I bought these primarily for use with my iPhone 13 Max. They work well for this purpose and the voice quality is very good for conversation. People I spoke to while using them say my voice quality was very good as well. They may be noise limiting from the perspective that my voice is clear to the other caller with little background noise. But these don’t do anything as noise canceling on my end. I have over the ear Bose headphones that I use for travel and know when noise canceling is in play. These don’t seem to do any of that so that’s why I only have them 4 stars. But again for use while taking a walk or in an environment where you don’t want to hold the phone to your ear or don’t want to use the phone speaker for courtesy to others they work well. ... show more

These earbuds are great! Comfortable to wear. Doesn't slip out of your ear when working out. I jogged for a mile and I didn't have to mess with them. Awesome noise canceling feature. I even had 1 earbud in with the volume low and I still needed to turn it off or take it out to hear the person next to me talking. I especially love how it'll show the battery life of the case. It also comes with a charging cord as well as different size rubber coverings to comfortably fit in your ear. Overall a great purchase for me. ... show more

I had been looking around for a new set of earbuds and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on some of the big named brands. I read lots of review and for the price I thought why not give these a try. I am glad I did because they are very comfortable and the sound quality is great. I would highly recommend these for some who doesn't want to pay the high sticker price of the other guys but stilll wants good quality. The charging case is great as well showing you the % of battery left. Only time will tell if they continue to stand out as a quality product but wo far so great. If I had to buy them again I would. Will update this post if anything changes but as for now no complaints. ... show more

Just received these earbuds yesterday. I have been using JLab - Epic Sport Wireless In-Ear Headphones for over 5 years and they are still working but I kept having to refit them to stay in my ear and I needed noise cancelling earbuds. I have no idea if $300 earbuds are worth it. All I know is these earbuds work and sound great. I only wear earbuds at the gym and it's VERY noisy there. Loud in-your-face music blasting from the ceiling speakers & so much ambient noise, I can't hear myself think. Now I can listen to Apple Music & the Sirius app without having to max the volume and still not hear anything. Early days but very happy with my purchase. ... show more
