In their defense, however, I've bought like five of these and this is the only one where the front one that charges the phone is still functional. For w/e the reason, other similar chargers have stopped working in the front after a year or two. I have no idea why this one doesn't. The cord is reasonably long. Another foot or so would've been nice but isn't necessary. The magnet is strong enough that the watch won't fall off. I'm not sure why the AI wants me to mention the battery life; this product does not have a battery and cannot be used w/o plugging it in. I purchased my charger and really liked the styling and function so bought a second one for my wife. After about a year one of the lights started blinking for no reason and was not always fully charging. I could not locate any information to understand the problem so I contacted service. I got very quick response and after providing more information, they sent a replacement charger. So far it is working as good as my first charger (which has never been a problem).     • Update: Great Customer Service, Working Charger
UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me a refund, as well as a replacement product. The new charger works better than the previous, but is still a little finicky. It turns out that my iPhone case is a little too thick for what they have listed, so I can’t blame the company for that. It WILL charge it, but it has to be in the exact right spot. So as long as I get it on the sweet spot rather than throwing it on, I wake up to all my devices fully charged. I wear my watch to track my sleep, so I pop it on the charger while I get ready for bed and get ready in the morning, and it will charge my watch fast enough that it doesn’t disrupt my watch use at all. Overall, I’m happy with the charger and the customer service. :) Previous: This charges my Apple Watch just fine, but it’s VERY unreliable with my phone. It was slow to begin with, but I expected that with 3-device magnetic charging. Some nights my phone would charge all the way, others it would buzz and display the lightening symbol when I placed it, indicating that it was connected, but then stop shortly after. It charged nicely one night when I used it horizontally and I thought I had found the solution. Then the next night it didn’t work at all and my phone died on the charger. This worked great at first. It is NOT a fast charger so it did take some time to charge your phone, but it held it on the magnet pretty tight and it never tipped over! I bought 2 of these, one I kept at work to use and one I used at home. They both quit working completely after about 4 months! They would still light up but wouldn't charge anything! It was very frustrating that they both died so fast! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! ... show more

Good concept but not fully developed. The lower part for earpads is not working. The phone side is super slow. The only charger that is always working perfectly is for the iwatches.
