I did return this, but in almost every aspect it's a good earpiece/headset. Comfortable. Big battery pack that I assume lasts a long time just from the sheer size of it. My ONLY complaint is that the sound is super low for me, even with all the volume levels turned up. As far as I know, I don't have any hearing issues, but to me it just sounded like the volume was turned to midway at all times. Adjusted the volume on my computer, adjusted volume in the app itself, pressed the headset button to make sure IT was set to max... still wasn't very loud. I didn't see a lot of complaints about sound levels, maybe I got a defective one, but sound "quality" was good if the "quantity" wasn't. And it wasn't TOO low I couldn't hear or understand, but at max volume it didn't get that loud. The included case and having an extra battery pack as a backup was awesome. I wouldn't feel bad recommending it, but just be cautious if you want a headset that gets really loud. ... show more

I really like the size and that it comes with a second battery. Sound quality is good, but does not go loud enough. Microphone audio is good (just make sure it doesn't tilt too far below mouth level). Maybe it is the shape of my face, but the mic tends to brush my face/ whiskers. I can bend it out some, but it returns back eventually. I also don't care for the single touch button that does everything. Sometimes tough to get it to do what I want.     • Not good sound, inconsistent controls
I’ve had many people complain they couldn’t hear me when I was using the headset. Also turning on and off the headset wasn’t consistent. I ended up just unplugging the battery to turn it off.
