these feel very cheap they work but after about 6 months they started to fall apart the button to put it in pairing mode fell off in the floor one day and stopped working and if you have more than one of them in the house they keep disconnecting from the computer if the other computer is on i hate to say it but i do not recommend save your money and buy something better so in all they are not very easy to use with all the glitches and it makes it hard to setup ... show more

    • A simple device that just plain works.
I bought this to use my Xbox one controller on my pc. Well can't say to much about this. I plugged it in to my pc, it installed the drivers in seconds, then paired my controller to it and it just plain works. I haven't had any issues with it.

First thing, Insert USB into system. Run windows updates and look for optional updates Then reboot Log in and proceed to do the following step by step: To connect your controller with Xbox Wireless, you might need the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. If your PC has Xbox Wireless built in, you can connect the controller directly without an adapter. If you’re using the Xbox Wireless Adapter: Plug the Xbox Wireless Adapter into your PC. Turn on your controller by pressing the Xbox button . When you turn on the controller, the Xbox button  will start flashing. Press and hold the Pair button  on the Xbox Wireless Adapter. A small light will flash for several seconds. Press and hold the Pair button  on the top of the controller (the raised button). The Xbox button  on the controller will flash more rapidly—this means your controller is searching for the Xbox Wireless Adapter. When connected, the Xbox button  on the controller will stay lit. done and done ... show more

I bought the official one and it has a defect in its design that makes it burn itself out, mines already dead, this one needs clear line of sight to the adapter so I bought an extension cord and it works well enough, its got a reliable 7 ft distance, but It also heats up so maybe after a while it'll short out too, hopefully not but if it does I'll update my review ... show more
