EDIT 2: I had some complaints about these headphones, described in the "old review" below. However, the company sent me a new version of the headphones which largely fixes the issues I complained about. Furthermore, they say this version is the version currently being shipped when you buy from this page. Therefore I've raised my star rating from 3 stars to 4 stars. == new review == The sound quality is good but, subjectively to me, not perfect. I prefer the old Panasonic ones slightly. Constructions seems good, and the look is fine. Pretty good deal for the price. == old review == Sounds quality is fine but not as good as the Amazon Basic headphones or the classic Panasonic cheap headphones. Also, these headphones make a surprising amount of noise in your ear when you mechanically move the wires. The wire seems to be stiffer or something and it reverberates all the way to your ears. Not terrible, but more noticeable than other in-canal headphones I've used. Price very low, ofc, so downsides potentially worth it for you. EDIT: The company contacted me about this review. They refunded my money and even gave me a small gift card. I appreciate the excellent customer service that I have received. However, the product is still the same so I will keep the review at 3 stars.

I buy these for my wife who seems to through one set of earbuds a week. Still, I use them every now and then. Hard to beat for the price but I can honestly say that over the last two years and numerous orders the sound and build quality has diminished quite a bit. I know because my backup night earbuds are a previous order of these same earbuds. They are about a year or two old. Night and day difference in the sound. Doesn't bother her but I am not a fan. I will probably look for something different next time too bad because for a while these were outstanding for the price.

I bought these on 2 separate occasions. I always by multipacks if 5 or 6 due to having spent $25 to $45 for a single pair only to have them break or stop putting out any sound within 2 months despite using the best care. So I found that the ones in multipacks lasted the same amount of time, sometimes quite longer and that's just 1 of the 5 to 6 pairs. It was great. But the last 2 times, I ordered this brand not realizing it was the wrong brand. The 1st box looked different than previous boxes, but companies often change their packaging so I dismissed especially because od the overall rating. However EVERY SINGLE PAIR was garbage- NO SOUND AT ALL, even with the volume on the headphones and my device all the way up! I was shocked & convinced it was a fluke. After using some given to me by a friend, I decided to again give these a try. This time with the volume all the way up on the headphones and my device the sound was barely at a whisper level. I'm beyond furious at the money that I lost on these garbage headphones. Thankfully several days ago, I found the one Id always bought before. They have very little ratings and it says the average rating is a little lower than these, but after reading the ratings I saw that the negative ratings were the ones with the C- port connector. I use the 3.5mm jack connector and those had good reviews, plus when I got them they worked perfectly. Ill never forget the packaging again(several reviewers put up a pic of it. Black slim box with colorful musc notes all over the box and the word MUSIC printed large on one side! TO THE MAKERS OF THESE HEADPHONES: I've never be so disappointed in acompany. It may not seem like much money to you, but I'm extremely ill, confined to a hospital bed and don't have money to just throw away. That basically what buying you product was like, just taking dollar bill after dollar bill and flushing them down the toilet. I was a district retail sales manager all my life and if one of our products was subpar, there was an immediate call to corporate, the product was pulled until it was made right and most importantly, the customer was refunded all money owed along with a deep sincere apologies. I highly doubt I'll see anything remotely close to that, judging from the many unsatisfied customers and zero improvement in your product. If I do hear anything from the company, I'll update the review.
