I ordered this before spending a ton of money on a Yamaha or Gibson. To learn, I actually loved the guitar had a great sound my son who plays was actually surprised a guitar from Amazon had such a good sound. However I was busy for a month or so n didn’t touch set in corner if bedroom. Finally got time pulled out an the bar holding bottom strings on was pulling away and about to come off. Barely had a year. But here’s the best part. Emailed the company and they are in process of sending me a new one. Not the exact same but close n maybe a better version. I will keep updated if I don’t get it. Awesome would definitely buy again just for the customer service. ... show more

I ordered this guitar for my daughter; she has an electric already and was interested in an acoustic. The order shipped on time and was packaged well. She really loved the carvings; she said it looked and felt really good. All was well until about two weeks later and it seems the high E cut or fractured the nut and was now flat on the fretboard. I contacted the seller and got a quick response from Amy. I provided her some pictures my daughter sent for reference (I have not been able to see it and only know the problem from texts). After seeing the pictures, she agreed to replace the part no questions asked. The part has not arrived yet and I have no idea how to replace it, but it is a start. I will update at a later date after seeing the issue and repairing it. Note: I got the guitar back today, there is some sort of manufacturing problem, it looks like the neck is bent. I have 5 other guitars and I could not figure out what is wrong with this one. Buyer beware.... ... show more

Arrived completely broken. So sad. We had gotten it for a gift and it was the last in its color. Very very disappointing. And it even came in a huge box with absolutely no damage (so it was shipped this way).
