Not quite as big as I was hoping, but I didn't actually take the measurements provided and measure it out before I bought it so that's on me. I bought it as a carry on when flying. I wanted a bag the would fit under the seat but big enough I could fit everything I needed. This was prefect! I also LOVE bags with separate compartments so this bag made my heart so happy! There were pockets for everything I needed. There is even a secret pocket on the back side (the side the sits up against your back) which I used for my passport and it was very handy-and so inconspicuous that I had to really look hard to find the zipper! The side pocket for a water bottle is too small for my regular travel water bottle (I usually use the narrow contigo ones) but I bought a disposable water bottle that was more narrow in the middle and it fit better. I also had the same problem most reviews have mentioned - the bag was folded in half causing the stiff inside support to permanently crease. The bag will not sit up on its own which is pretty frustrating when trying to pack as it kept flopping over. I packed it pretty full so it eventually was able to stay up right but if you only had a few things in it, no way will it stay up. I even considered ripping open a seam to pull out the bent support and replace it with some sturdy cardboard but that kind of sewing is way beyond my skill level. I've had to settle for permanently damaged support which I'm my happy about but pretty sure if I send it back for a new one the same thing will happen l. This is a huge packing flaw that should really be addressed! It also came with a little extra toiletry/accessory bag which I used to keep all my snacks in for traveling and it was great! A lot of the compartments have waterproof lining, but nothing happened during my trip to put that to the test so I can't comment on that yet. The straps were comfy enough - they weren't as thick and padded as I hoped, but they were surprisingly comfortable during my whole trip. There are straps that go across the front of your body which I didn't need or use. The top one would nearly go around my neck so I'll never use that - I'm considering just cutting it off. The color is very true to what the online pictures show. The outside fabric seems thick and sturdy and like it might be a little water resistant to a point. I tried to use the charger connection but for some reason when I plugged everything in it said it would take 21 hours to charge my phone, but when I plugged my phone directly into my charger it said it would take 2 hours. It might be my charger or user error, but that was something I was excited for but unfortunately did not work during my trip and was disappointing the one time I needed it. Overall I'm pretty pleased with this bag. Definitely more positives than negatives for sure! Id definitely recommend it as long as you understand the size and are ok with the inside support being bent in half.

I wanted a bag for weekend trips. This bag is great for that! It's easy to pack, lots of space for a couple of days, hands free baggage from car to hotel, etc. I don't think the shoe compartment at the bottom of the bag is great for shoes because it displaces room in the bag for clothes if you fill it with shoes, but it works great for dirty laundry! Take clean clothes from the main compartment, stuff them in the shoe area when dirty. The clean area shrinks as the dirty area fills up. Easy peasy to dump the dirty stuff in the laundry after the trip. I definitely think this is worth the price I paid.

I went to Japan for a week, I didn’t want to pack too much. I took this backpack and a small duffel. This backpack was super spacious. Lots of pockets and was comfortable to carry through airports/train stations. It fit under the seat on the airplanes. The straps on the side help cinch it down and make it more compact. I love the color. The waterproof section was nice for my toiletries too. The padded laptop section is generous. I like that it has a water bottle pocket on the side, I wish it had two because I tend to carry a lot of drinks. On the opposite side it has the charging port which is convenient. The included toiletry bag is also spacious and I was able to pack quite a bit in there.
