Was a little skeptical when i received this shade, it arrives as more of a brown green, however the quality of the paint was superior and i still achieved the desired color thank you. Great product. The Indian red was spectacular i loved how easy it was to mix and change the shade. Wonderful

I never buy up-market earth-tones. The pigment is literally dirt, so any extenders would cost more than the pigment. Highly saturated. Absolutely consistent density, pigment saturation and chroma. Has the slightest translucency so a work horse for underpainting, impasto or tempering glazes. Remember - “buttery” just means extra oil, less pigment and a premium price - you can always add a bit of oil if you like butter! Happy painting. ... show more
