I needed an upright, small shelving unit for shoes at my entryway. This fits the bill almost perfectly. I now can get the shoes off the rug by my front door that opens directly into my living room/dining room, creating order to what can be a messy area. I’ve put together a few pieces of furniture lately, which I don’t really enjoy doing so after I bought this I let it sit in my office still in the box for a few weeks even though I wanted to have it set up and ready to use. I finally tackled putting it together today and was very impressed by a few thing about this product - 1) everything was packaged and wrapped in a way to protect it during transit. It was really well packaged. 2) the quality and sturdiness of the pieces was immediately evident. 3) I should not have procrastinated on putting this together because it was quite easy and took me no more than 20 minutes. I was worried because it said it required two people to assemble but it was really very easy with one person.
