I am a size 34D and I purchased the C cup. It fits nicely! The reason why I got a size C is because the D cups are too spread apart and large so it is difficult to achieve a push up cleavage effect. The smaller size cup C also prevents it from peeping out from the top or side. The stickiness has a strong hold to stay put and the finished sturdy stitching around the cups keeps it from peeling up. This bra does not stay up if you sweat. I regularly wear adhesive bras during the summer when it’s hot and humid. I decided to try this brand because it’s much less expensive than the one I usually buy, and boy, that was a huge mistake. I was at a work event and within 30 mins, this bra fell off. They work, but they do make it look like you have one big puffy nipple, and you can see the outline under clothes. If you have a lined bra on with these, it helps. UPDATE: it appears they have modified these to be a little thicker. Again, it does make you look like you have one large puffy nipple, but it is only obvious to you and anyone that knows you are wearing them. The good thing is it does hide pointy nipples well. It is also nice that it has a non-stick center for sensitive nipples. I have upgraded my star rating from 3 to 4. ... show more

UPDATE: The last set of these I ordered didn’t have the sticking power that the previous set did. Just was browsing other reviews and heard the same from several others. Too bad. I ordered a more expensive set designed by a nurse, and I’m much happier with those so far—thinner and more invisible under clothes, and even less of the silicon odor. I’ve been trying a few different version of this same product, and so far these are the best I’ve tried. Keeping them clean is important, but they can be washed and a quick hit with a hairdryer on medium seems to make the adhesive tacky again just when you think the pair you’ve been using every day for month are done. These have less of a silicon odor than others and are also a little smaller size, so they seem to contour to my (smallish) shape a bit better. If you’ve been thinking about ditching bras (google why bras are bad for you and your boobs) but want a little nipple coverage for work or just less leering from gross men, I recommend these to friends. ... show more

The adhesive is great on these! I can comfortably wear them all day. I even bought my mom some. She didn't think it would work for her at 66yrs old. She loves it and it not only lifts her but gives her cleavage! I've even went to a trampoline park and jumped with it on and no issues!

For the longest time, I stay true to the nipple pasties from Nordstrom's bc they are amazing quality and I swear I've used them over 50+ times in sweaty situations too..but when I am budgeting, I test out the more affordable ones on Amazon. These get the job done and I do like how thin they are, but my most important problem is the ADHESION. These suckers don't stick well even after the first two wears you can tell the sides are peeling off (I hold them for a few seconds once I put them on too) -- so they don't work if you are wearing loose tops. I've found better quality on Amazon and wanted to just share that I wouldn't buy these again. ... show more
