Dear Wineboss, Although I have yet to fill and use my brand new wine refrigerator, (as I am awaiting a built-in unit to be constructed), I am thrilled with the follow-up service that I have received. After reaching out via email, I was sent door hardware to change the door opening orientation and I just received a second package of black screw hole plugs as per my request. The wine refrigerator itself looks sleek with it’s stainless steel, rich wooden shelves and two-temperature zones, complete with interior LED lighting. I can’t wait to fill it with so many fabulous bottles of wine!! I thank you so much!!

For a few years now I have been enjoying wine and teaching myself a bit about wine. So, when I saw this 12 Bottle Wine Fridge 11-inch Wine Cooler Refrigerators Freestanding Under Counter Compact Bar Countertop Double-Layer Tempered Glass Door Wine Cellars with Professional Compressor from WINEBOSS I decided to request it as I never had a refrigerator for my wine and I love this idea. I love my wine chilled (both red, white and champagne) so this will be perfect for me. I love how this can hold 12 bottles yet it doesn't take up a lot of room. It's tall enough to setup right on the floor and looks great where I placed it. I love the controls on it which allows me to set the temperature, temp gauge to Celsius or Fahrenheit, as well turn it off and on. It also has a light on the inside which I love as it really looks cool displaying my wine bottles inside this refrigerator with the light on. I love that it can hold 12 bottles which is more than enough for me. I love that it's very quiet and I can barely even hear it even sitting right beside it at my dining table. I'm not a heavy wine drinker, but do enjoy a glass every now and then. I used to just leave bottles of wine out in my kitchen, so they were always a bit on the warm side (or I would try to throw them in my fridge for just the right amount of time to chill them down enough). This cooler was perfect for me and really takes up minimal space in my apartment. I can easily store 12 standard bottles in it and was a breeze to take out of the box and move around my apartment (it isn't that heavy). The energy consumption isn't very high so it's a low cost to keep my wine preserved and ready for a moment's notice.

I have tried all temperature ranges but there is no change. I like the size and appearance of this 12-13 bottle refrigerator. I cannot hear any sound, but the LED lights and the interior light works, so I wonder if this is a defective item. I am so disappointed, because the look and fit are ideal for a small stash of wine- but it has to work! Cannot recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very attractive wine cooler that looks great in any space. The cooler holds 12 bottles but the top rack is tight for my standard bottles I have in there. The controls are intuitive and there is attractive low luminance lighting inside. The racks are strong but I’m not sure they are actually stainless steel as a magnet will stick to them. The door swings only one way and is not reversible. It will fit under a counter but I’d not recommend that because it vents in the back and not in the front like a normal refrigerator. Other than those few things this is a wonderful addition to our home.
