Packaging was very professional and the unit arrived with no damage. Worked perfectly out of the box. I was concerned about the noise level with a compressor driven unit versus the thermo-electric unit it replaces, but when installed in an under-counter slot, we don't hear it. Very pleased so far.

Worked out of the box. It's fairly quiet and holds the temperature well. Fits regular sized 750 ml wines bottle well, unlike the old Whynter I had that died. Lily in customer service followed up to make sure all was in order, was professional and helpful. 5 star service!
