The media could not be loaded. I watched a ton of different videos and realized it was a pretty straightforward concept. I did drill and tap out a pit prior to this at the terminal ends of the cracks with some tiny windshield bits and a nail. But as far as this product, super easy. Much easier with some verbal encouragement from a vantage point inside the car. Yes, I know I did a sloppy mess all over the window, but this is hopefully encourages newbs like me. From now on, I’ll be ahead of the game with any future cracks. Put some lube on the suction cup and in the path. Much cheaper than replacing the windshield. And reusable. Lots of spare gaskets included. And the clear squares for pits. One bottle for cracks and a different bottle for pits. Performed great!

For the money this is not a great value. I knew going into this that the burr bits were not included (I have those), but this $130+ product is woefully incomplete. 1. The "bridge" is sloppy with lots of play. Not precision at all 2. The "Crack Filling" glue does NOT set up without a separate UV light in the 235 Nm range. The chip filling compound sets up fine with natural sunlight. 3. There are no instructions included 4. The links to the PDFs have to be accessed via a phone and then transferred to a PC for printing/viewing ('cause I'm old).

I had high hopes for this after struggling to get a good seal over my windshield crack with a big box windshield kit (rain-x, permatex) so I bought this to use with those resins. The build quality is actually stellar, but the gaskets used to seal and inject resin were not near tight enough. Resin leaked out before I even was able to fill the crack, definitely not reaching “max” repair pressure. They do thankfully include additional gaskets, but even swapping that out didn’t seem to do the trick. If quality of the gaskets are improved, this could be a great alternative to other bridges that are at least $50-$100 more. Until then, I would use my own compatible gaskets or just save the money and use a store kit for similar results.
