Sucessfully deters bird strikes for me. No hits since placing it. Easy to install and remove. Very translucent, just has a hint of the rainbow prism effect. Because it works via static cling, some of them fell down. I do recommend following the instructions and cleaning your window first, and using a light spray to dampen the surface. I'd say I would probably prefer bigger ones for large windows though. These are only the 10-11 inch range and require multiples to span a window. ... show more

Over the years I have experienced grief because so many birds flew into my glass windows and died. After a little hummingbird slammed into a window, which killed it, I had enough. I found these and decided this might be a great solution that looked nice, too. I was right. I have had these on the windows for months, and they worked as I had hoped they would. I've used quite a few different shapes and sizes of window clings so that birds will stop hitting my window, and by far these are my favorite. You can cover a lot of your window in a very basic pattern that's still classy while being effective. They're easy to apply, nice to look at, and cast beautiful rainbow colors on the floor when the Sun hits them just right.     • Stopped birds from bonking my picture windows

Got new windows, but don’t have curtains yet. Had some issues with birds knocking into windows, which is a bit frightening, and one or two birds did unfortunately die. So I got these and put them on any window without shades. You have to space them out in kind of a zigzag on larger windows to make them work affectively, but the birds have stopped bonking, and they look pretty! Kind of like an iridescent soft stained glass. The only bird that might occasionally still try to hit my window are mourning doves, when they were startled by a hawk going after them. I don’t think that’s the fault of the window decal, but the birds just trying to get away any way they can in that situation. ... show more

Lots of small pieces. Kind of wish at least one piece would of been big enough to put together like picture but we just placed them all over and it looks bad. We aren't very artistic so they just look out of place and not art work.
