I recently moved to a new home and I wanted a security doorbell camera like ring but when I saw this WiFi Video Smart Lock with Camera & Doorbell I wanted to try it out. Once the item got delivered I quickly opened it and installed at my door. Since I had earlier also used similar smart door lock; installation was not difficult for me. Earlier I had used the smart door lock with finger print but this one has 1 more additional feature of live video like ring so it is so convenient and nice to use. The picture quality is great and the wide angle coverage helps us to see in a wider area for security. We can do the two way audio which is so smooth and clearer and convenient. So when I am not at home I can talk to the visitor and let them know. It has traditional key as a backup when the system runs out of battery. It has fingerprint scan and the app control so I can open/close the lock from anywhere. It looks robust and durable. It has auto lock feature and basically almost everything one can think of. I am super satisfied with this lock.This lock definitely deserves a five star from my side and I would recommend everyone.

I recently moved to a new home and originally planned to reinstall my old Ring doorbell. But since it was purchased years ago and I wanted something newer, I decided to look for an upgraded option. When I found this 5-in-1 smart lock with a built-in doorbell camera, I bought it right away — and it turned out to be a perfect choice. After using it for a few days, I really like it. As I’m getting older, I often forget my keys or forget to lock the door when I leave. This smart lock solves all those problems for me. It has a doorbell camera, automatic locking, fingerprint unlock, and even remote two-way communication and unlocking. It covers everything I need in one device. The only thing I’m still curious about is how long the battery will last. Other than that, everything has been excellent. Also, the black lock looks great with my white door — a very nice combination. Highly recommended!

This has been a wonderful addition to our home. Installation was simple following the videos and instructions included, it took around 40min. What I found that this lock offered that many did not was the door chime and that it came as a set with the deadbolt lock and the lower handle. The build feels solid and well made. The code settings for the finger and push buttons were simple following the video included. This is my favorite new addition to my home. Edit: After having the unit a short amount of time now, I have noticed the deadbolt lock is going through batteries at an alarming rate, 12 alkaline batteries in a week and a half. At this rate it will cost me more in batteries over a three month period than the lock cost me to buy. I wrote customer service two days ago, but heard back from nobody as of yet

Having been forgetting keys for a few times and I finally decided to have a fingerprint+passkey door lock. I have been using the lock for 1 week now and it has been working perfectly for me, and beyond my expectation. Installation is only slightly more complicated than a mechanical lock. The instruction said you would need a 54mm diameter hole to fit the lock. But I happen to find that I can remove the plastic barrel by unscrew two small screws and then I can fit the lock in the existing 2in hole I have on the door. Took me 20 min in total to remove my old lock and install this new one. First I really like its look. I had a traditional style door with bronze traditional hardwares. The look of the lock fit the door perfectly. There is no cheap plastic feeling, it feels premium quality. The fingerprint function works quite well. When recording me and my family members fingerprint, it has >90% success rate. Once recorded, the door unlocks in 1 sec with correct fingerprint and reject incorrect fingerprint 100% of time. So convenient! The passkey works as well. I am surprised with the camera functionality. The lock pairs with tuya smart home app, and it sent me a notification when someone press the ring button and a short videos clip, and I can unlock the lock remotely. It has been working well for me.
