Ordered this frame because it’s easier for me to be able to digitally add and change photos to my picture frames than to have to pay for prints and wait for them to arrive. This frame is pretty cool. The frame itself was very easy to setup and the app was easy to install. I was able to add photos to the frame almost instantly, which was great. The quality of the images is excellent, just like viewing them from a computer or smartphone. The interface of the frame’s system is super easy to use; anybody could figure it out, even if they are not technologically savvy. The only thing I dislike about this frame is that it is, in fact, corded. Not reading all of the specs of this product was my fault. I assumed that the power cord was a charger and wondered for a few minutes as to why it wouldn’t turn on after “charging” it all night. It was then I realized that this frame always has to be plugged in for it to operate. This limits where it could be placed in the home, as it always has to be near an outlet. I was wanting to put it on our built-in bookshelves, but had to find an alternative location due to no outlet being nearby. However, it worked out fine and the frame is great, especially for the price. This would make a perfect Christmas or birthday present for somebody.

I absolutely love this 10-inch digital picture frame! Over the years, I’ve purchased several for different family members, and it has brought so much joy to everyone. Sharing photos is such a fun and effortless way to stay connected, especially since our family is spread across different states. One of the best features is the notification on the frame letting them know new pictures have arrived—it’s like a little surprise waiting for them when they get home! Setup is very straightforward and takes less than five minutes if you’re comfortable with technology. The Frameo app is simple to use, and I can send photos to up to five frames across the country at the same time. My daughter originally gave me this as a Christmas gift a few years ago, and it’s easily become one of my all-time favorite gifts. Highly recommend for anyone looking to share memories in a meaningful way!

The screen doesn’t respond to touch very well. The quality of the picture on the screen is great. Must be plugged in at all times to use and it is a short chord. The app stopped pulling the photos from my phones album after a few hundred pictures were downloaded. Overall it is good quality for the price.

I got this for my mother and have used it for about a year now. Things upload immediately, it has some great features like allowing video playback, she’s able to react to photos from the frame or her phone, and I we have not found the end of the storage capacity yet. Definitely a great Christmas gift with easy setup.

We bought 3 of these since December 2024 for ourseleves and family members. Within the first week ours was working fine and then black screen and won’t turn on. Reset it, tried other power options, nothing. No one to commuincate with we could find about it either. Amazon replaced our first one quickly and hoping it was just that frame. With in 1 day the same thing happened. Thinking we were doing something wrong we tried to find someone to help but there appears to be no support. The other 2 were given as gifts in the past week and after setup both of those too did the same thing with in days. We have now experienced 4 that have died with in days of set up and are going to attempt to get refunded. Be cautious with purchasing this product.
