I’m really impressed with this backdrop. Setup takes just a few seconds and the retractable design makes it very easy to store when you’re done. The fabric looks clean on camera and doesn’t show wrinkles, which is great for photos and video calls. The size is also large enough to comfortably frame one or two people. The media could not be loaded. I am a future sign language interpreter and I need to film a lot of videos with a plain contrasting background. I also needed something I could bring with me if needed to school or a friend’s house to film. I wanted something that easily set up and folded back up whenever with little hassles and this is it. When folded away it is still big length wise however I’m telling you this product is sooo worth the money. It pulls up easily and stands up on its own and folds away easily. Very sturdy and portal enough like I have said it is still long and a bit heavy but doable. Mine has not wrinkled I know some of the comments say that is an issue but I haven’t experienced that. I’m sharing this review for sign language majors and current interpreters if you are in need of a good back drop this is for sure is worth it! I really also love the color.

This is an incredible product for YouTube creators. I purchased this green screen over 2 1/2 years ago and didn’t use it until yesterday. You can operate it in three easy steps. The retractable screen resides permanently inside its handy metal travel case and is employed by opening the cover, and extending the screen (with one hand!). Before extending the screen, rotate the two built-in feet, which are attached to the bottom of the case. The screen is first class, and doesn’t pucker. To best utilize the green screen, you’ll need to backlight it (so the green backdrop is evenly colored). This is easily achieved by turning on a ceiling light (the light source needs to be behind the screen). One of the main benefits of this screen is that the constant tension leaves the screen perfectly flat - a big problem I experienced with pull-down rolls. This screen is extremely functional, assembles quickly and is an excellent value. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The media could not be loaded. i’m not sure why i’ve never found this before, but this is the best, most sturdy, easy to set up backdrop i have yet to find after working in the entertainment industry (modeling and acting) for 12 years. at first i was disappointed with it not staying up when pulled up, but realized it has feet that swivel out and in to balance it. there are absolutely no wrinkles and no reflection in the fabric, and i was worried about it looking “too flat” on camera but with good lighting it looks perfect! everything i could have wanted and more. it’s out of the way and easy to get out and put back. overall 11/10 if not beyond.

MUA here and this had probably been one of my best investments. Has ZERO wrinkles very sturdy and the quality is amazing. I had bought a round one at some point but it was very mid and had wrinkles so I needed a better option and this was so it. Tad bit bit and heavy to be carring around was perfect if your set up is say on a living room or have colored walls and need a clean background

It's been almost a year since I got this for an actor who regularly records self-taped auditions. I help them record sometimes, and setting this thing up is always a breeze. Pulling it up and down is even a bit satisfying as you feel the thingamajig inside help you along. It's a bit pricey but my actor friend loves it and I feel like it's going to last for years. The backdrop itself looks solid and I'm glad I avoided all the see-through and wrinkle-prone ones on this site that people complained about. Pulling it all the way up might be difficult for shorter people, though. This is really easy to store unobtrusively along a wall or under a bed. From my research, solid grey is industry standard for self-tapes now while blue is more dated. I obviously don't know how good the white or black ones look so if you're a photographer considering those ones, check with more reviews than this one.

This green screen works very well for my purposes. Plusses: * Sets up in minutes- rolls and unrolls smoothly * Material feels very durable (screen and housing) * It works like I need it to. Minuses I marked off for: * This screen doesn't have any kind of stabilization and is very, very easy to tip over, especially if you're setting it on high-pile carpeting. I wish it had a tripod attachment on the back but it doesn't. I may need to put a small eye-bolt in my ceiling to tie it. I think the designers were counting on the heavy aluminum base to keep it bottom-heavy but that only goes so far. -1 star Minuses I didn't mark off for: * The material isn't sheer but direct sunlight will show through it. That said, it isn't enough to throw off my virtual background. No harm no foul. * It's not wide enough for an HD webcam unless you get very, very close. That said, I'm not going to mark the product down for not being something it isn't trying to be. Just be aware if you want to broadcast in full HD you'll need something wider. * The aluminum makes the product pretty heavy and the fact this screen doesn't fold means it can be a pain to move around your house. That said, I knew I was getting into that when I bought it so again, not marking it down. Just be aware.
