Super happy with my choice. Got the jacket and the pants before a 3 day ride all in the low to mid 90 degree Michigan heat wave. These are one of the very few mesh pants that have a full length zipper on the legs to be able to remove the pants with my work clothes and boots on. As Chip mentioned, when you're stopped at a red light, obviously you're gonna be hot even in a t-shirt and shorts! But once you're up to speed, the airflow through the mesh keeps you remarkably cool and dry. I only have about 800 miles on this gear so its still pretty new, but I like the zippers with pulls, and the pants have 2 good quality snaps and a good zipper, so I don't feel like my belly is going to bust them open! I am 5'11" and about 240 with broad shoulders. I usually wear an XL in a polo and SOMETIMES an XXL if I want it loose fitting. I wear a 36 waist 32 inseam in jeans that have some stretch in them, and I ended up getting the 3XL jacket and I returned the 38-32 pants for a 40-32 and they fit perfect over a pair of long pants and a belt (I ride to work and wear my work clothes underneath which is why I HAD to have the full length zipper on the pants.) On my 775 mile ride I just wore this shorts and a swim shirt underneath and also was perfect. The velcro adjustments on both the jacket and pants give you some wiggle room to customize the fit which is REALLY nice. I do believe the armor is CE level 1 and not level 2 from the info I got off the pads. Thats fine for me. ... show more

    • Amazing! airflow, durable armor, low price... what's not to love?
The media could not be loaded. Outstanding! I love the airflow. It's 90°F in that video and I don't feel hot at all, even standing still! The jacket feels super durable and the armor inside is amazing. I didn't feel ANYTHING slamming my elbow into that brick wall. Everything feels well stitched and solid. Zippers are AWESOME! fluid, easy to zip, no snagging at all. If you told me this was a $350 jacket I'd believe you. Absolutely a STEAL at this price.     • Heavy, but cool
Purchased some riding pants from WICKED a year ago and was quite impressed with the quality, so why not a jacket. A little disappointed when I first received it because of the weight. I was wanting to replace my meshed FLY jacket which is super lightweight but suffered a few soiled stains and can be quite cool on those 60 degree days. Jumped on the dual sport this morning in 60 degree weather and found it quite comfortable, even up to 60 mph. Got the adventure bike out later on and did some freeway riding and still quite comfortable at 85 degrees including some stop and go traffic. No worries now about that weight. Movement was good, straps for fitment was great and protection in all the right places. I am definitely impressed once again. I ordered a XL, though I normally wear a LG for a little extra room for layering, especially out here in the west where it can be 50’s in the morning and 90’s during the day. Otherwise I think the fitment is real close. The only thing that I would have like to see is zippered front inside pockets instead of a Velcro strap and maybe a snap collar, because Velcro usually starts giving out after a couple years. ... show more

Fit is good, XL for me at 5'10" & 195#. Seems well vented and padded where necessary. Time will tell if it gets 5 stars. Looks sharp!

    • Incredible summer jacket.
I was on the road fifteen minutes after receiving it. It fits perfectly, and the mesh construction allows lots of air flow. The pockets are in the right places, and the protective pads don't create any pressure. It is too soon to evaluate durability, but I would guess it will last for years. Took a chance based on reviews. Very satisfied and frankly, pleasantly surprised at how much I like this jacket. I wear a 42 Reg sport coat and the size L fits like a glove. I would say jacket fit is regular-to-slightly-slim, but not the typical body-hugging fit I've encountered with some European manufacturers. Armor is CE-type and easily removable. The "black" jacket as pictured is more grey than white but still offers high visibility. Jacket is not flimsy and venting is exceptional - has been 85 and above last few weeks and rides have been comfortable. Jacket construction/material is on-par with the more expensive brands and I would definitely purchase again. ... show more

Much better quality than expected, and the ventilation is great. The color is off-white, almost stone colored, but it look great, and matches their pants, which I also have. I was surprised by the weight of the jacket, and how well vented it is even with it's heftiness. I love it, and the XXL fits great on my 6' 2" 280 lbs dad-bod. This jacket is well made and even has some style to it. Comfortable in hot weather; when it gets cold I'll just wear a long-sleeve t-shirt or a vest under it. A note about sizing: with a 46 chest, I ordered a 2XL as recommended. It fit OK /except/ the sleeves were uncomfortably long...and I have long arms.
