    • Highly Recommend it for All Dogs - Sensitive Stomachs
So I have two dogs at home. One has just turned 3 years old and is a 95 pound Dutch Shepard mix and the other is 8 years old 75 pound Lab mix. This food does well with both dogs. My lab has a really sensitive stomach and it took me quite a while to find a food that didn't make her gassy or other fun side effects. This one doesn't give her any issues and she likes the taste which is a win win for me. With both dogs eating the food the 25 pound bag lasts me just over two weeks. I really like that the food is grain free and first ingredient isn't a filler like most dog food brands these days. One of the biggest selling points to me is it is made in the USA.     • No longer good, gave dogs gas + diarrhea
My dogs have been on this for 5 years. The last year it has given my my large dog explosive gas and diarrhea, when I say explosive, I mean the neighbors hear it. We took our dog to the vet twice and he is in good health. The issues kept going on we couldn't figure it out. I got a new puppy and we started him on this puppy food. 2 days in the puppy had the same explosive gas and diarrhea. Its this food. I just changed to blue wilderness healthy grains, and both dogs are fine now. I thought maybe I got sent an old batch,, but I buy from petco also with same results.. For many years this food was a great product, and more affordable than others. After 6 months of my dog suffering, hundreds of dollars in vet bills I am more than happy to pay more for blue wilderness. ... show more

We have been using this product for more than a year. We have 5 dogs of varying sizes and ages: a Shi tzu that is 3, Aussiedoodle - 2, Aussie x Lab - 9 months and two enormous Maremma x Yellow Lab - 10. Our dogs have a free feeder that they share and take turns at when they are hungry. They are all vet checked regularly. They are all at perfect weight, with beautiful glossy coats. All are active . I am very pleased with this product. Surprisingly, I find that a twenty-five pound bag lasts almost as long as a 50 pound bag of their previous food did. The addition of the lab pup increased our usage but she has slowed down her intake as she has gotten older. I highly recommend trying this line of dog food. This dog food scored 4 out of 5 stars, is cheaper than Blue Buffalo (which I usually purchase) and my dog loves it!! It's a high quality dog food with good protein, it helps to keep the dog full and you don't have to over-feed the dog! The good quality dog foods are like your dog eating a well-balanced meal every day. The cheap low quality dog food is like feeding them potato chips every day; not filling to the dog nor is it good for them.
