Seems like a great price for 8 large markers. Each has two tips so you can do regular writing or the small side where you can make tiny dots. We're going to be decorating rocks at an Easter event and I wanted a bunch of different paint markers that would work well so they could decorate their rocks. So having fine point is good for fine detail and the fatter end will be good for filling in between lines. There are some amazing examples online of fun designs people have done with rocks and paint markers. I'm hoping we can come up with some great samples to inspire people/kids. I ordered some sets that are multi color, but white is an important element for details and will be used a lot so I wanted a bunch of just white markers. So this was the perfect offering of 8 markers that are all white and not a bad price. I hope that long term they don't get hard on the tips since it's acrylic paint that you don't wash off like you would paint brushes. But this is really my first time using these kinds of markers so there may be a learning curve to them. But I'm happy with them. ... show more

These are some pretty good paint marker pens. They have the dual tip for different projects and work really well with my paintings when it comes to needing certain details added. Very pleased and great value for the items as well. Good for any level of artists too.

I like that the pen has a fine tip (0.7mm) on one end, and a thick tip (3mm) on the other to make it versatile in its utility. When you first use it, you have to push down on it a couple of times until you see the paint flow onto the top. The pen writes well on many surfaces, even a soda can (see picture) which is usually hard to write on with other mediums. Once dry, it stays on very well, even when trying to scrape it off with a fingernail. I use it to label my insane number of power supplies so that I know which goes with what. ... show more

    • Very useful and works across so many surfaces
I got this set of paint pens to use for different projects and purposes around the house and for art. They are easy to use and the paint doesn't rub off once dried. I used it to write the numbers on one of my old measuring cups where the numbers had rubbed off. The paint pens worked well for that purpose and the numbers have stayed on even after handwashing the measuring cup. So it works well. It doesn't take too long to dry and it works on so many different surfaces. I like that these have different tips so you can get a finer point to write with and use the thicker point to fill in spaces or use it to write thicker and bigger letters. The paint comes out pretty well from the tip, I didn't have any issues with it. If you want it to be fully opaque, then you will probably need to layer the paint. at a little over a dollar a marker these are a great value. The paint appears to stick well and the pens have two tips. One on either end. a small finer tip for detail work and a larger tip for bigger printing of covering areas. I don't know how much is in each pen but it seems to be a generous amount. Because of the advertising with the rainbow, I thought these were a set of different colors. i had to go back and realize they were all white pens. one tip I would offer is to clean the surface you are going to mark up as best you can before applying the paint marker. use an alcohol wipe if you can. and the paint will stick much better. ... show more

I ordered these so that I could label the tops and sides of my trash cans because it's easy to confuse them with our neighbors. I got the whole pack just in case my neighbors want to do the same. These are super easy to use. You have to press down on the tip of the marker to get the paint started. I tried it out on a box before using it. It worked great, and was kind of fun to do. I've been looking for more things I can label! We had a pretty heavy rain storm come through the evening I wrote the house numbers on our trash cans and the paint still looked as good as new the next morning. ... show more

Wow, what a great set of paint pens! They come individually sealed and each pen has two tips - one that is fine, the other is fairly bold. I tried them on a variety of surfaces and they do super well on glass and anything dark. I have zero talent in glass writing (thank goodness there are eight pens so I can practice), but you can see how nicely the pens write. I was worried I would have to come back and fill in some of the letters, but they are nice and solid. They also dry quickly - I ran my finger over the print a few minutes later and no smearing!!! What a great way to label items in your house, or personalilze gifts for others! A definitey 5 out of 5! ... show more
