4/5 for boots: Initially ordered these boots in grey in a 1/2 size larger than my usual size to leave room for thick socks. Had to return those because they were too loose overall. This might not be the case for others - my feet run slightly narrow and slim. Boot is comfortable enough, though I wouldn't walk for too long in them as there's not much arch support. Works for what I need - casual and work appropriate, nothing fancy. Took a star off because I ordered and paid for a new pair of boots and received what appear to be used boots in a bag. The shoes were not in their original box packaging and only one shoe had the paper inserts that help shoes keep their shape. Boots looked unused overall except for some slight fading in some parts. I like the bootie shoes. Fit nice. However, the color gray does not appear to be the color gray I was expecting. Color is closer to a neutral. I am keeping them because I can use them regardless.
