This product promised a lot. Like that it would make fine black marks over a wide variety of materials. I was working on a project that had surfaces covered with gold leaf, acrylic and enamels and I was pleased how well the pens were able to leave nice, fine lines over these varied surfaces. These are a quality pen/product set. I got these because I use red alot especially around xmas and valentines. I paint rocks and gift to friends and family. I also paint on canvas and wood. These do not disaspoint

These are amazing. Beautiful pop metallic color, even writing, and consistent with each use. Most paint pens I’ve used (including sharpie paint pens) clog and dry out really quickly or bust. These do not and have been super reliable. These are a must purchase if you ever use pain pens.

I expected the marker to be more opaque all the way through its use, but the color underneath the marker seeped through and killed the white color of the marker. This required a multiple layers to maintain the white color, but in the end I had to use a thick pastey base white color to overcome the seepage from underneath. ... show more

I work with leaded glass and have been using various markers to outline my pieces' cut lines for over 50 years. These markers are the best I have ever used. It's a true fine point that has not lost it's sharpness and the pen puts down a great line of paint. If I have one very minor complaint, the paint takes several minutes to dry. I just mark a bunch of pieces and by the time I'm done outlining 20 or so, the first ones are close to dry. ... show more
