This mattress topper is AMAZING. I was going to purchase a 2 inch down alternative mattress topper like I've purchased before but decided to try this one. This shreeded memory foam topper arrived in a vacuum sealed bag and my first thought was this is not going to fluff up enough but I was wrong. I laid a sheet down on the carpet and opened the package and patted each square and then I gave it a good shake and folded it once and placed it in the fitted sheet so it could continue to fluff and rise. Approximately 12 hours later I patted and shook it again to make sure the memory foam was distributed inside each square and folded it once and put it back on the sheet to continue to rise and fluff up. (the only reason I folded it once each time is because I didn't have the room to leave it fully open to fluff up at the time) The next day it was fully expanded and fluffed up. I didn't measure it but it expanded to atleast 3 inches if not more. This topper is very well made and provides a luxurious layer of comfort to my bed. I'm a very hot sleeper but so far I haven't experienced a problem with it holding in heat. The sheets I use on my bed are cooling sheets and I'm not sure if that has something to do with it not holding in heat. I will update this review after a couple weeks if Amazon allows that. So far I would say this is a excellent topper.

I would have more stars for the product itself if I could but customer service has been lacking. I received the product, put it on bed. There was a defect going up one side but the other side was like laying on a cloud. I just don’t like the return policy, I simply wanted a replacement but have to lug this heavy and bulky item, and I have to buy a box for the return drop off at UPS. It certainly doesn’t fit in the box it came as it was vacuum packed. But the product itself was great and 2 of my friends have ordered it after I told them how great it was.

I’ve looking for a comfortable mattress pad for a while now. I couldn’t resist the price of this one. Once I took it out of the box, let it rest to “fluff” up to its normal size, and placed it on my bed, I was surprised. It was very thick and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The straps are large and durable. It has not shifted like the other brands I’ve had in the past. I’ve had it for over a month now and I do not regret purchasing it!

Not soft at all. Very hard and super lumpy. Needed something soft and pillowy on top of my hard mattress. This topper is quite the opposite. Tried fluffing up each square with my hands like the instructions said, hoping that plus sleeping on it a week might help at least flatten out the stiff, mountainous squares, but it didn’t. Very uncomfortable. Since it’s a king bed, it’s just too difficult to return being so big and bulky. Guess I’m stuck with it.

Comfy and fluffy the only thing is the straps don’t stay on but I really have not had a problem with them since I have fitted sheets came sealed up and compressed it fluffed up within two hours you have to fluff it as well but it’s super easy and super comfortable and soft and it puts hight to your bed as well so if you’re bed is already high it will be really high now 10/10 would and do recommend!

This mattress topper is sooo comfortable & I truly do sleep much better. I really didn't think it could make this much difference but it really does! The cons & only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are my own fault for not "thinking" when ordering. I don't like how all the raised & dented places in the topper show under my quilted bedspread...I assumed my bed would have a smoith appearance when made. Also the topper shifts so when it's time to change sheets it has to be moved back into place. And last, my fitted sheets don't quite fit over my mattress with the mattress topper on it so I have to get new sheets. The lumpy appearance bothers me the most. But it is so comfy I do sleep better & look forward to crawling ino bed every night!!
