Please believe the reviews that talk about the hard lumpiness of this topper. Descriptions states: "Thicked Down Alternative-Lined, Fluffy memory foam shreds". I order the king size. It weighs a ton. Absolutely not fluffy and nothing that resembles down alternative material feel inside. It comes extremely compressed like a brick. There were hard balls of chunky cubed memory foam that I had to manually separate in order for the topper to expand and fill up each square correctly. Even after that process (it did expand) the chunks are still chunks, not shreds, and they are just not balled up anymore. High spots, low spots, chunks... just can't imagine how anyone could consider this fluffy. You'll be sorry you bought and opened this up in your home because you'll want to return it, but how do you repackage such an expanded heavy topper? Most people don't have the capacity to repackage this. Luckily I had just received a shipment of a foldable ebike so I had a very large, sturdy box that I could roll this sucker up and box it in it's expanded state.

Update: seller reached out to make the situation whole. 10/10 customer service. Ok so it’s on me for not reading the title… or well not understanding it because I swear I read it. I have given this topper a few weeks before leaving a review. I was expecting a downfilled topper and a memory foam bottom. What I got and what this is, is shredded memory foam which is then I’m guessing mixed with minimal stuffing in each little “Sqaure” It’s lump as heck. I “fluffed” each Sqaure multiple times let it “rise” didn’t sleep on it for 3 days and I cannot get over the lumpiness of this topper. My husband doesn’t love it but also doesn’t hate it. I absolutely do not love it. If you’re expecting a “cloud” of extra fluffy experience this is not the topper for you. I’m not sure why so many people love this topper. I’ll be ordering something else.

This mattress topper is perfect! It has improved my sleep quality. Very comfortable. I don't get hot in bed like I normally do. It fits my king sized bed perfectly. There was no smell when it came out of the box and fluffed up nicely!

I have no clue how this is so highly rated. This is the lumpiest & low quality mattress topper I have ever laid on. Disappointing. I have no clue how to even return this because it was vacuum packed
