My girlfriend had to return her first attempt with this to get the size right, but was happy after that. Mine fit great from the start. They really do make a huge difference if you're swimming in water that's borderline too cold to be in it. Not sure what it'd be like getting in legit cold water (e.g. jumping in the ocean in the winter) but we're very happy with them for extending the swimming season for an extra month or so during our visits to US east coach beaches.

My daughter really enjoyed this wetsuit. The first day she didn't want to put it on, but then she tried it on for the second day and was much, much warmer, happier, and played a lot longer in the water, cliff jumping, splashing, and swimming.

My son is 5' 11", 150 pounds, which should use the S size, but I want him to wear it at the pool where he gets cold, so I don't want it tight. I ordered the L size and have him try it on. I thought I could always take some in if it's too big. Why, with swim clothes inside, the wetsuit fits just the way I want, not tight but no spare space either! And it's thick material. I love it.
