How have I never tried this before? Snatched this up on a whim because I wanted something small and inexpensive for my trip overseas, and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is. It lasts all day on my oily lids in the summer heat and never melted down my face. If I accidentally rub my eyes then yes it rubs off, but if I don't touch my eyes, it stays put. It's a nice rich dark brown and it stays that color till I remove it at the end of the day. This is definitely a permanent item in my makeup bag now!

I saw a YT vlogger gushing over this inexpensive liner. I decided I had to try it. It was so inexpensive, it would be okay to take a chance. This stuff stays on mightily, until I am ready to wash it off. No smudging. flaking or irritation, I can make my lash line look lush and full. Exactly what I want. I tightline most days, because of my hooded eyes. But, I also ad a flick on the upper lash line. Lots of options, and all stay put. No transfer to the lower lid and water line. This is now my go-to.
