It came very quick like a day after I bought it and it wasn't dry but I wiped it before it was fully dry although it does smudge so I won't recommend rubbing your eyes but it's still very good and it was very smooth to put on

Hi! I tried this out because I’ve been looking for the cheapest and best quality cruelty free liner lately. I personally really like this eyeliner so far, it doesn’t crack when it dries or get lumpy when you layer it. It is also very easy to apply because the applicator is thin and allows for a lot of control. I also like how the formula doesn’t feather out on the skin and dries down very matte. However, even though I’m giving this eyeliner 5 stars before you purchase it keep this In mind. The eyeliner is not waterproof AT ALL, it doesn’t state it is so that is to be expected right? But just know when that liner touches water it is pretty much gone. The liner can withstand some smudging as it withstood the daily blinking/rubbing in the folds of my hooded deepest eyes. But if you’re prone to crying or eyes tend collect.. sweat easily? Then it will for sure smudge. I put a swatch on my hand as well to test its longevity in something like a shower. Even though the area of my hand with the liner hadn’t touched soap or been scrubbed, the liner was gone within seconds of being in a wet area. So overall do I recommend this liner? Yes, other than the fact water evaporates it on sight the formula is really great! It has been one of my favorites lately and at the end of the day it’s really easy to take off (even though my face becomes an inky mess for a bit.) If you have oily eyelids though or you’re a professional swimmer, I do not recommend it at all. Maybe try NYX epic ink eyeliner or Wet n Wild’s breakup proof liner instead.

Same consistency when I bought it years ago. IT IS NOT WATERPROOF! Some reviews say it comes off too quickly, but you need to make sure your skin is prepped correctly or it will shift if you have oils on your skin. Easy usage, good color, overall good.

The product is good outside of the fact that it gets dry and flakey very quickly. It starts to turn sort of powder-y so it makes a big mess if you're not extremely careful!

When I couldn't find my usual brand of liquid eyeliner, I tried Wet n Wild. If you like liquid eyeliner, this one is great. It goes on easily, and you can clean off smudges with just a bit of either lotion or foundation. It lasts all day. This is now my go-to brand. Very impressed.

I prefer liquid bottle eyeliners as they don’t tend to run dry like the pens. This eyeliner is really good and performs well for the price. I have learned with this kind of liner that I must cleanup and prep the tip. It gets a bit stiff from the product build up and it happens with almost every brand I’ve used. When I open this I will wipe off excess product and clean the tip with some warm soapy water or micellar that removes makeup getting the residue build up cleaned out and more flexible. This allows for smoother application. I foolishly threw out makeup in the past that had nothing wrong with it simply because I was unaware of the tip issue. So if you get this and open it to find a stiff brush tip, give the tip a good cleaning and you will be all set! It applies beautifully and as long as you don’t watch the end of sad films, it will stay on most of the day 😉
