This is good for an emergency! The brush is flimsy, but it works. This would be good to have as a backup in your make-up bag. Plus, since today's prices are so bad, it seems like we are in an emergency. So I guess in that case, it works good enough for me. :-)! But the brush is flimsy.

I was in need of mascara and this one was not only immediately available, it was extremely inexpensive. I essentially got what I paid for. It works in a pinch, but it has not been “volumizing” for me. To its credit, I haven’t experienced flaking or smudging yet it removes easily with makeup remover or (my preference) Castile soap. I now use it on top of my preferred mascara to seal it for the day. ... show more

I have been using this mascara since I moved to the States in college and now my daughter started using it, too. It's just a classic! It is waterproof and doesn't smear easily and makes my lashes look long and thick. I don't think I will ever even try another brand!

The mascara is hard to apply with the small brush that doesn't hold enough to adhere to eyelashes quickly. It smudges easily while applying.
