Pretty good stuff. Does make a noticeable difference to puffy eyes. Even on eyelids. I have heavy eyelids and was really impressed how it firmed that area and made me look more "awake." Honestly, I was expecting a little bit more, but the price makes sense. It's okay. I love wet n wild because of their versatile product selection and some of it is affordable; however, I wasn't wow'd by this product. I do appreciate the "cooling" effect and I suppose some hydration. Maybe it's because my skin is super dry. I would have liked the depuffer to work because my eyes naturally get really puffy...but it didn't do much. I used it all but towards the end, a lot of the product felt hardened in the packaging as well. Another reason I put 3 stars is because the product feels nice at first, but the residue feels gross on my skin. I hope the formula can be improved in the future.
