I used to really appreciate this brand of eyeliner, but the last few times I purchased this, the liner was broke up in little pieces. Every time I go to sharpen the pencil the tip would fall out because it wasn’t one long piece. The first two or three times I sharpen it would be fine but further you sharpen is when it would be broken to little pieces this has happen the last 3 times I purchased this eye liner pencil.
