Delivery was extremely quick. Surprised me how fast. Came on lift gate and unloading was zero problem. Holds the deeper six inch pans we need. The right side holds three full hotel pans and is easy to configure to fit your station needs. Lots of space under and nice cutting board. Reasonable price for a solid piece of equipment. We are a busy kitchen.

Almost $1000 less than a restaurant supplier. I was hesitant because most of the reviews were from home cooks and I needed it for my food trailer. The third time we used it, the controller shorted out. WestLake overnighted a new controller and helped me get it fixed. There was a slight language barrier on the phone, but the email support was great. The fridge looks solid and keeps temp even on 100+ degree days. The only thing I don’t like is that the 4” wells are small, and it’d be difficult to upgrade them. You’d have to cut the metal tray that holds them in place.

As far as keeping things below 41 degrees does excellent at it. The major issues that I have is a lot of sharp edges. Cleaning this with or without gloves you will surely cut yourself. Even the slot where the cutting board locks into place. As far as the fan motors, excellent for having 2 fan motors to keep temperature evenly across the container area below 41 degrees.

We've had this unit as well as a two door, and a one door unit for over a year. A fan went out in the small one door and the company honored they're warranty and replaced the fan and paid for the labor! Great value for what you get. I have been able to use deeper pans in these. Only issue is to be careful for sharp edges!
