They were easy to assemble and the tool for the screws is even better than most that come with online furniture. They feel sturdy when assembled and sat in. I really like that these fold and will be easier to store away in the shed for winter. They're comfortable as is but I did pick up two nice seat cushions at H.D. that fit perfectly and look great. Excellent chairs. Easy to assemble. Comfy. Only had a month but seam durable. We literally have four sets of Adirondack chairs. 1. plastic $30 pair to flimsy. Good for stoners. #2 wooden amazon look nice definite runner up comfort wise. Longevity an issue due to cheap wood. #3 set of durable plastic similar to one just bought but ergonomics off. Feel like in school. Lol. #4 ones we just bought and reviewing. Most comfortable. Easy to assemble. Assuming last forever. And price was right. Bought two initially to test quality etc. Because can never really tell on line. Was so impressed bought two more. Only draw back is they are heavy. These chairs look great and are easy to assemble and comfortable. They aren’t super light weight, but they feel sturdy like they will last a long time. When my chairs arrived I noticed one of the pieces came damaged. I contacted the seller over the weekend and they responded very quickly. They immediately sent out a replacement piece and it was at my door in a few days. Great company! I will be buying from them again soon to round out our outdoor sitting area ... show more

I liked these chairs so much that I ended up ordering a total of 6. Having put that many together and seeing that some reviews mentioned difficulty with assembly, I'd like to share a few tips to easily assemble in 30 minutes or less per chair - with no assistance. In preparation, I recommend unpacking everything and laying out all the pieces, see pic 1. For the hardware packet, flip it upside down and remove the cardboard sections along the dotted lines so your not having to turn the thing over later and scatter your hardware. I placed the packet on an old cookie sheet so none of the nuts and bolts wouldn't wander off, see pic 2. Assembly.... For Step 1 in instructions - lay the chair seat UPSIDE DOWN on your work surface. Then attach the chair legs. In my 3rd pic, leg C is to the left, leg B to the right. Then rotate the legs so they are perpendicular to the work surface as shown in the 4th pic. SKIP to Step 3 and attach the arms with E to the left and D on the right. Then turn the chair over as shown in the 5th pic. SKIP to Step 4 and attach the locking blocks to your chair back using the threaded bolt. See 6th pic. (This will function as a stabilizer when you are attaching the chair back to the chair). THEN do Step 2. With your hardware handy, place the chair back in the recess on the back of the chair seat, rotate the locking blocks to keep it from shifting side to side. Slide your hardware through the arms and into the chair back and fasten. See 7th pic. THEN complete Step 4 by attaching the bolts through the locking blocks and the chair. Finish up by following Step 5, attaching the front and back rails. If the pins do not easily seat into the holes, try shifting the chair legs forward or backward slightly so the holes are better aligned. Enjoy your chair! ... show more
