  • Great Genny with an awesome price point!
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
Assembly was minimal and super easy. It has nice large wheels in the kit. The handle is sturdy and folds away very nicely. The outlet covers are a very nice touch. And the sound level is pretty low for an open genny like this. Fairly close to the inverter of a different brand we had last time. Seems to run like a champ. Absolutely love the dual fuel option also. We filled the oil and hooked up the propane tank and she started right up. Definitely recommend! ... show more

  • Amazing, budget friendly generator.
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
Perfect. One day delivery. Arrived in perfect condition. Two person delivery. They put it right where I asked. Easy to do final assemble. Fired right up on the first try. Pretty quiet as far as generators go. Perfect for my RV. Definitely recommend.

  • On Hour 20 running on Propane - Use a Line Interactive UPS for Electronics
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
I have a 16x40' Cabin. I bought this as a backup unit for power outages. I'm currently on hour 20 of continuous running off a propane tank (30 lb). I have it running a window AC (Inverter type which has less surge watts, mine is a Midea 10,000 U-Shaped Unit), a full size refrigerator, a small chest freezer, All my lights (LED) and two ceiling fans, plus electronics ***NOTE ON ELECTRONICS***. **Electronics** - This has very distorted harmonics on the power, so you should put a "Line Interactive" UPS battery backup (I got an APC 750 for $140 on Amazon) between this unit an any sensitive electronics (like Internet router and TV). There are generators that produce a cleaner sinewave. You CAN run electronics directly off of it, but you might fry something which would negate the affordable price of this generator. You need a "line interactive" UPS not just a "backup" UPS. This unit can surge a bit and every once in a while (when my refrigerator kicks on) my lights might flicker or go out for a beat... this is why I have a "line interactive" UPS on my router and TV. It has OK fuel efficiency... not the best, just OK. It's quieter than my last Generac portable generator. The remote start is nice, but if you are using propane you have to turn on the propane before starting then turn it off (at the tank) when it's not running. So that sort of negates the whole remote start thing for propane. Technically you want to turn off the fuel petcock when it's off as well. So this isn't just a plug in it to a fuel source then push the button to start and stop it type of unit. I connected this to my AC panel. This UNIT is ONLY 120 Volts. To run a full AC panel it should be 240 v. But I use it to just run half of my panel and I have my breakers arranged so that it runs what I want it to run. It will run my entire cabin but I turn off my water heater and don't try to run my washing machine while my AC is going. It's not a perfect unit. It's not magic. But I got a good deal when I bought it. It runs fine. I know to protect my electronics before I used it. I like that I can run it on Propane, because I can store propane without it going bad and the carb won't gunk up if it goes months without use. I've only had it for a week, so I can't say about reliability. ... show more

  • Great quality generator
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
This is a solid generator, with great build quality. I love the fact it uses two fuel types and has an electric start. The wheels are easy to install, and with the attached folding handle it's easy to move.

  • Ease of starting generator
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
My 3600DF is amazing. Easy to push button start. It’s not nearly as loud as other ones I have tested out. It’s easy for me to maneuver around as it’s on wheels and has a pull handle, and at 109lbs it sure doesn’t feel heavy at all. I love the dual fuel. At the moment I am using propane and love the ease of which it works. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is looking to buy a dual fuel generator. For the price you can’t beat it. ... show more

  • It’s a Goldilocks generator
Style: 4650W Dual Fuel + Wheel Kit
Not too heavy, a one man struggle lift, or two man easy lift, really allows this to be a portable generator... Simple assembly, auto start feature worked well, although it didn’t fire up on the first crank (propane) the auto start did repeat automatically, it fired up on the 3rd attempt (one button push, 2x no start, then ignition)... this was also done “out of the box”... I gave the battery absolutely zero help and didn’t plug in the included charger beforehand. Tested with a miter saw and the generator responded well. The “small” but extraordinary pluses make a big difference, it is a reasonable noise level... on propane, I tested in the garage, overhead door closed, and could still hold a conversation, not that you don’t notice it’s running, but that you don’t need to walk away to hear yourself think is a major plus... my intended use is rather mixed, backup/emergency power at home, but portable for remote work situations, for example I have a bridge in the woods that needs to be redecked and a miter saw will sure be handy dandy... maybe a 5th wheel in the future... I would have gone with the inverter generator except I’d prefer the power available per the weight of the generator that this has to offer... startup and shutoff instructions ON THE GENERATOR, in picture format, for my *wife*, I mean friends, is a comfort too.... if it only had an onboard keeper for things like the GASKETED OIL FUNNEL, spark plug (extended reach) wrench and propane line, I’d probably move a dresser out and keep this thing in my bedroom... a size 15? wrench for attaching the propane line would be a plus too, but I’ll order one and keep in in a shoebox along with the other items.. On the initial not too heavy thought... if this were any heavier I would probably not be able to solo lift this thing... I’m in my 30s and more physically fit than the average guy, and although it’s only in that 100 lb range, you can’t easily hold the weight near the body because it’s center of mass is 16” or so away, two people can grab the frame on either side and it’s not bad. Once on the ground, the included handle and wheels make it easy enough to move that my 10yr old could manage to reposition it on level ground. ... show more
